We've enjoyed BRIO in the past. The food is always tasty and the service excellent. We would have given BRIO five stars, but the two pasta dishes we ordered were MUCH too salty and that (as expected) reduced our enjoyment of the food. Next time, we'll ask the wait staff to ask the kitchen to hold the salt.

From the prompt and attentive service to the innovative and delicious food we had an excellent family dinner at Brio. Carpaccio was huge and amazing, shrimp over eggplant was delectable, and all our main courses were fantastic.

The service in the dining area was great. The hostess team was friendly and seated us promptly Our server was very polite and helpful describing menu options. The only negative was the bartender. We chose to have drinks at the bar after our meal. The bartender was out of sorts. We were the only people sitting at the bar and we believe he purposefully ignored us for 5-10 minutes. At one point he said he apologized and said he’d be right with us. Instead of taking our orders he chose to take orders from the servers, cash out patrons that walked up the bar. Some of that was understandable since he was alone but when a guy walked up and started ordering drinks we left. All said - we he dining experience was great. The interaction (or lack thereof) with the bartender put a damper on the evening.
