We had a nice family dinner. My daughter had the lobster bisque and the spaghetti Bolognese. She loved both items. Me and my husband ordered off of the Taste of Tuscany $25 menu. This is a great value if you want one of the three entrées that they offer. You get a salad to begin with, which is huge, you get an entrée and a dessert. And the dessert was actually bigger than expected. The 3 of us split one dessert and took the other one home. You can look online to see the choices of the entrees and desserts for the $25 deal.

We were sat in a fairly empty restaurant. That should have been the first sign to leave. We ordered an appetizer and our dinners. Never got bread. The spinach dip appetizer arrived, it was cold and tasted like it was out of a can. The flatbread was stale. Never got bread. A few minutes later the food arrived even though we didn't barely touch the appetizer. We told the waiter we just received the appetizer and to please take it back and have it remade. He just said ok and then placed it under the heat lamp. We saw that and decided to leave. We said we would pay for the glass of wine. No manager ever came over to speak to us. They charged us for the appetizer anyways even though we barely touched it. Paid for it and went over to Rocco's Tqcos where the food was fresh and service was outstanding. Avoid Brio at all costs.

Friendly waitress but unfortunately reheated food and not freshly made. Not a place ti recommend or come back to .

I had high hopes for this restaurant, however I've had better food at Carrabbas. I had the lobster and shrimp fettucine entree. The fettucine and the sauce were bland. Very little lobster was in the dish, and the sauce tasted like it was from a can. Very disappointed with the food. However, the cocktail was decent. Service was great as well. I don't think i'll come back here for dinner.

The experience was below average from a previous visit. Our server apologized before we ordered after reeling off a number of entrees on the menu they’d run out of. The restaurant was even out of bread! When we sat down it was just 6pm. Apparently the day before, which was the day after Christmas, the restaurant was slammed by diners. The restaurant is located at the area’s largest shopping mall. Still, you’d think management would have planned a lot better. Our finished salad plates remained on the table after the entrees arrived, so there was a lack of table busing. Also noticed the restaurant wasn’t as clean as our previous visit. The entrees were tasty, and so we’ll probably return during a less busy time. Certainly not during the Christmas season.

Unfortunatly they were out of Lasagna, Bolognese, and several pastas. An Italian Restaurant out of the basics; not so good. Service was ok, very light on staff. The Bruschetta Sampler and Wedge Salad was amazing should have stopped there as it was a meal itself. Not so great Margherita Flat Bread. Just somewhat disappointing visit and overall meal.
