    Carlos was a great waiter, so attentive, kind, and respectful! The food was fantastic, as it always is! Great quality, food, good wine, and good drinks!

    Brio is an excellent choice for good Italian food. The service was a little slow but understandable because it was Valentines Day. Overall we had a great time with excellent food!

    The food is great but service needs improvement. Our server didn't notice that one member of our party had taken all the bread to his plate (since the slices were still attached to each other) and the basket was empty with no one else having bread, we tried to get her attention but it took multiple attempts. Server tried to clear the soup course while people were still eating. When it was time to clear the plates, a member of the bus staff reached over the wall that was behind our table and asked us to pass the plates to her over the wall - it was very strange and unexpected at a restaurant with this price point. No drink refills (iced tea) were ever offered.

    Food and service was pleasant but I noted at the reservation that it was a birthday dinner but there was no acknowledgement in any fashion from the restaurant when we dined .

    Food and service were fine. This is going to sound very nit-picky, but the restrooms, both men and women, are freezing. Perhaps they are not heated?
