As usual, excellent food, great service. Despite the noisy ambience, our party had a wonderful dinner and meaningful conversation. We’ll be back!

Brio used to be one of our favorite go-to restaurants at UTC, but recent management changes have reduced our enthusiasm for dining there. We still love the bright, modern decor and friendly, efficient service, but entree prices have increased dramatically in recent months! Now, we only dine at Brio when we know we can share an entree in order to keep our dining costs at reasonable levels. The bottom line is there are too many other restaurants in the UTC area that feature really good food for more reasonable prices. And judging from the limited number of customers at the restaurant last night, I'm guessing many others feel the same way.

In the past the food has been inconsistent but not this evening. Everything we ordered was fresh and prepared perfectly. Our server Ava was great.

The service was good and the food was excellent!! The presentation of food was beautiful..especially the dessert! Had a friend visiting for a girls lunch..waitress was attentive to our needs ❤️ loved it all...we will be back!!

Ordered grilled chicken breast with mashed potato’s on Marsala sauce with grilled asparagus. Could not eat the chicken breasts. Needed a carving knife to cut. Mashed potato’s luke warm. Asparagus presentation ashamed to bring out. They were black. Mushrooms were the only good part. They did take the plate back and brought me another one. It was better. Waiter was very pleasant. Brio used to be one of my favorites.

This is my second visit in two weeks so I obviously enjoy dining here. This time I tried the lemon chicken with pasta instead of potatoes which was very good. My friend had the Tuscan grilled pork chop which she said was ok but not great. She also had a side of pasta instead of potato’s and said the tomato sauce was pretty good on it. They were out of the seasonal desert which I was looking forward to but had the vanilla gelato instead which was good. Our server Nelson was very good and attentive.
