BRIO (qui signifie en italien « vivant » ou « plein de vie ») est un restaurant élégamment décontracté qui sert une authentique cuisine du nord de l'Italie. Le sous-titre « Tuscan Grille » est le descriptif d'un menu qui propose steaks rôtis au four, côtelettes et fruits de mer; un menu semblable à ce que l'on pourrait trouver dans un authentique « ristorante » de la Toscane. La devise du BRIO est de « bien manger, c'est de bien vivre ». C'est la raison pour laquelle ce restaurant n'utilise que les meilleurs et les plus frais ingrédients. We enjoyed our visit! We were seated promptly, our server was attentive and efficient, and we enjoyed our food. The restaurant was out of several red wines, which did not surprise us, because they have been out of several red wines during several of our previous visits.

So so foods with upscale price tag... I would not return. We walked into the restaurant at 5 PM with a reservation. The restaurant was mostly empty since it was early Sunday afternoon. It took them a good 10 min. to notice us standing at the reception. Finally someone came out from the kitchen and sat us down. Eggplant appetizer and wedge salad were good. Carbonara pasta was horrifying. It wasn't a real carbonara. I wish I took a photo, but I didn't since it looked so dumb. They put cream based short pasta with over easy fried egg on top. For the price they are charging, this is not worth for the money. It was extremely disappointing. The server, however, was nice and attentive. Though I will not go back ever.

Service was a bit lazy this day. We ordered our meals, including two kids meal (pasta with tomato sauce) and we were very clear about them not liking cheese, spicy or any other condiment. They served a marinara sauce, which the kids just hate and it was way too much food for them. I believe it is part of the waiter job to inform if their customer is ordering too much food, which of course he didn’t. We’ve been here several times and it is a shame the restaurant won’t use this data to provide their customer the best experience. Hope we will have a better experience next time.

Kaleb took care of us two different times as we ended up coming to Brios two different night on our visit. He was pleasant and efficient. The food was very good and the atmosphere is always really nice there. Especially love the lighting!
