The environment was chill and peaceful. The food was delicious as I got a mushroom ravioli dish that was amazing and my date got a rotini dish that was very good. The noise and talking from others was low medium as I could hear my date clearly. The service was good and I will for sure return back.

We had a great birthday dinner. The food was wonderful, especially the shrimp Rosoto. Loved my white peach sangria drink, very reasonable price at $10. The service made our day (even being busy). Our server Yvonne was so fun & personable, she talked us thru the menu (as it was our first time) and we were able to pick the best dishes. Good portion sizes, definitely enough for leftovers. We will be back!

The pork chops are back! I stopped going simply because they got rid of them several years ago, but since they got them back I will be returning. The food was very good.

Had the new cheesebowl tableside pasta with grilled chicken and I was surprised at how delicious it was!!!! Definitely getting this again. And did I mention the new dessert of warm butter cake with berry compote and vanilla ice cream. A well spent dinner

I had a bad experience with Brio a couple of weeks ago, went back today, and regretted it. My chicken tasted like defrosted meat. My wife's pasta had a bad aftertaste. These are dishes we ordered many times before so we know what they should taste like so this coupled with the horrible experience from a couple of weeks ago has us, unfortunately, removing Brio from our list of " to go" restaurants. What a shame

It was very nice but unfortunately we had a waiter that seemed annoyed that he was assigned to wait on a large party. He didn’t once ask us how is everything going and if we need anything else or if we even wanted dessert. That was disappointing because we were celebrating a birthday so would have been nice if he was a little more joyful and attentive.

I was disappointed with this visit to Brio. But, I give kudos for the service. It was excellent. I haven’t been to Brio in a while but the food was great each time we went. But, this time the taste of the food was ok but made way too salty. And, they changed the bruschetta sampler we loved and is made with bread that is a little too thick. This makes it very hard to bite into and hard to eat. Your Strawberry Lemonade was really good but I was very disappointed that it doesn’t come with refills. I order Strawberry Lemonade at every restaurant I dine at and it always comes with free refills. Overall, this visit was very disappointing. I think the only nice thing about this visit was the service and the $20 off coupon.

Worst experience! Have been returning customers for years. This evening our experience was a nightmare. Restaurant Air conditioning was not in service in this extreme heat wave of 113 degrees. Extremely hot! Customers were sweating and using the menus as fans, cooks were wiping their faces as they were cooking over the food. It was a sauna in there. We were told there was no bread for the table. They told us they have been out of bread for the entire week. How do you run out of bread?!?!?!

My experience was very bad. I left my dinner very dissapointed with the restaurant. I have never been to an Italian restaurant that hasn’t had bread and sparkling water. I ordered some rissoto and it was cold, freezing. My wife ordered some pasta with shrimps and the shrimps weren’t cooked at all. Unfortunaly I won’t recommend this restaurant to My family and friends. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Our server was Not attentive at all. Worst service I’ve ever had there. After my guest arrived, it took her 38 minutes to finally ask if we were ready to order. She seemed more concerned with the young boy sitting at the pizza counter; not sure if the blonde server was his mother or what… We were never offered bread or appetizers, Nothing! I asked for an extra Cloth napkin; she took the extra table setting and said she’d bring me one. She returns with a small stack of beverage napkins and Tossed them on the table… I needed and wanted a cloth napkin! After we were finally able to order our meals, we both asked for a little extra basil. When she brought the meals to us, we told her we still need the extra basil please. She said “They gave you triple!” My guest and I looked at each other and said there’s barely ONE portion of basil here. While we were eating, she came by Once, toward the end of our meal to ask if everything was ok, and finally poured more water into our empty glasses. I have taken several guests to Brios for meals and have never had this poor of service. Not trying to get anyone fired, but she has no idea what be a server, a good server should be. I’ll rethink taking friends and guests there again for awhile.…
