Took my wife to dinner after some shopping. She had a hankering for some of her favorite Italian food at Brio, and we hadn’t been there in a few weeks. Our server, John (aka Bronson), was outstanding! From greeting us when we were seated to bringing us the check he was polite, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He stopped by at just the right times throughout our meal, and paced the courses perfectly. His service made our dinner feel like an elevated experience. We started with chopped and Caesar salads, with fresh and crisp greens and very tasty dressings. The portions are very generous for side salads, and if you have lighter appetites one could easily be shared. For entrees we had Spaghetti Bolognese and Lobster and Shrimp Fettuccine. The Bolognese had a fresh and delicious taste with enough protein for almost a separate meal. The fettuccine dish had a light sauce that complimented the shrimp and lobster. We added crushed red peppers to our dishes for some extra spice - scrumptious! For dessert we shared a seasonal sponge cake with fresh berries. The cake was moist and fresh, and the berries were ripe and flavorful. Another great meal! If you dine at Brio often I highly recommend their rewards club. They frequently send offers for discounts and free appetizers/desserts, and they are easy to redeem. We already look forward to our next visit!
