We had a reservation, but had to wait 15min after our reservation time. Food service was fast (soup/salad came out before drinks did), but wait staff interaction was minimal, and no one cleared our app plates. Just felt like service was off. Food is good, but expensive for what it is. My second time there with similar experience first time.

Our Valentine's Day dinner was a complete disaster. Despite having a reservation for over a month, we were led to a booth in the back of the restaurant with no set up. The table and seats were filthy, and instead of offering us a clean table, the staff proceeded to wipe it down in front of us, leaving the seats still dirty. When we requested a different table, we were told there were none available, even though several tables appeared to be open. After waiting 15 minutes, a waiter finally came to take our drink order. Completely disgusted by the state of our assigned table and the dismissive attitude of the staff, we decided to leave. It was incredibly disappointing to have our Valentine's Day dinner ruined by such poor service and a clear lack of respect for their reservations.

Waitstaff needs improvement. Not very professional and seem overwhelmed. Some just standing around talking with one another instead of paying attention: Despite many empty tables, they seem to want put you at very undesirable tables , even in an empty room adjacent to the main room. Food was ok and drinks are overpriced and tasted like they were weak and pre made. Menu prices were average.

The bathrooms were nasty. The server acted frantic and rushed the whole time. Wasn’t even offered the specials menu for Valentine’s Day. Have been going here for years and do not think I’ll ever go back now.

Restaurant needs to clean up and attend to restrooms. Service was very average. Took 2 hours to eat dinner but food was excellent

Clearly understaffed. Entrees arrived before cocktails and immediately after our appetizers. No spacing between courses. Uncleared table’s throughout the restaurant for the full evening we were there. Messy environment without any attention given to our party except when we asked for service . Our waitress didn’t timeline our dinner throughout the whole evening with cross arrivals of courses totally out of the ordinary sequence. Clearly the wait staff was was overwhelmed, running around without accomplishing the very basics of the correct dining timeline. Our server was constantly touching her hair serving food… gross HYGIENE! Cafeteria style dining gone wrong ,would never frequent this establishment again.

Service was okay. One meal. (Lemon Chicken) was quite tough and partially not editable.

The shrimp and eggplant appetizer was phenomenal! It was so tasty and delicious! That’s the first time we tried it and we’re glad we did. That appetizer was our main course, along with a chopped salad. The chopped salad was excellent as well.
