My chicken was raw. The server was cold and not at all welcoming. We seemed like an inconvenience. They remade my food but didn’t offer any sort of discount for the inconvenience. My friend finished her meal before I even got to begin my. Bad customer service

Not what I remember it being. Host seemed very confused, the person that seemed to be helping him was on the couches by the front door, couldn't be bothered to get up. I couldn't hear the host. Stood there for a few minutes before I was greeted. Waitress was great, food was OK.

Brio used to feel upscale and the service and food showed. Today it felt more like a glorified OLive Garden. In the last 5 years its declined. Service was slow, inattentive, and the food resembled an all in one frozen meal, heated and served. It'll be a while before I go back. The mgmt needs to watch the "Bear" and get back to their roots.

Service was great, sat outside since it was a nice evening. Wedge salad was anything but green as lettuce was mostly white and starting to brown. Lasagna was weak with little meat and way too much cheese. Ravioli was acceptable. For what we ate, the prices were high. For a Friday night the patio was 65% full and the inside was only 5% full.

One in our party asked for decaf coffee and was told they were out. Really? Waitress took the order without writing it down then recapped incorrectly. My wife ordered an appetizer and a salad to be served as an entree. The salad came out first. Bread had to be asked for. Afterwards the manager came by to apologize telling us that no one orders decaf anymore so all they have is instant and it tastes awful so they say they are out. It’s a huge restaurant and they can’t make a pot of decaf? Never heard of coffee pods or Nespresso? She offered a free dessert which showed up 20 minutes later. Not worth the wait. What a sham of a fine restaurant. The food was just okay. Never going again for sure.
