Service was slow, server was overwhelmed with station. What Italian restaurant uses mash potatoes as their side choice and not pasta?? The linguine that I had to substitute for the mashed potatoes, to accompany my chicken limone dish, was cold and all stuck together. Never offered dessert. Use to love it here. 😔

Wanted to go here for awhile, but it was a Saturday in Vegas so the overcrowded feel in the dining room was over the top. The booths were large & comfy. Did not feel the Italian food was anything exceptional. I ordered a dirty martini, with my Chicken Marsala, so it took the edge off. The parking at Town center is horrendous, especially in the heat having to navigate their parking app. All in all gave them a three.

We had a reservation. We got caught up in traffic, so I called and said we would be a minimum of 5 minutes late, but the other half of our party should be there. Still after we arrived, we waited another 15 minutes for the table they sat us at to be cleaned. Once seated, our server came over to introduce himself and get our drink order. We immediately got our drinks and ordered our food. Dietary restrictions had one in our party ordering things a bit different, and our server was very accommodating. Our food was served in a timely manner and it was all delicious. Great food, great service, that's why we always come back. We've been coming here since they first opened. If out of town guests don't have a Brio in their town, we love bringing them here.

Brio is always great food. On the night we were there it was uncomfortably loud but we still had a wonderful time.

My two friends and I came to celebrate my birthday. We made a reservation. We were seated directly next to a large table of 8-10 with 4 small children. The children screamed and were loud throughout our dinner. Our waiter was nice, but slow with everything. He had no help. The lobster/shrimp fettuccini alfredo had a pink sauce (not typical alfredo) that did not coat the pasta at all. The pasta was dry. Not the adult evening we planned.

Excellent as always. We had salad, soup and risotto. The service was great and attentive. The ambience was excellent.

We opted to go because of a VIP, $15 off the check offer. While the restaurant was fairly empty, things were slow. We order a soup, the side wedge salad, the carpaccio and the lamb chops (all appetizers) we had the carpaccio first and must have waited over 30 minutes for the rest. We think the waitress was didn't enter the rest until well after receiving the carpaccio. what was supposed to be a fast lunch, had us there for over 1 and 1/2 hours. We just expected more. A few managers were walking around with a laptop, but no one bothered to stop by and ask us how things were. The poor service was reflected in the tip.

It was a great outdoor dinner. Enjoyed the food, ambiance and cocktails. The peach a spritz is a delicious one! Our server was Aldo and he as fantastic! He was pleasant and helpful. He knew his stuff and recommended some cocktails and main dishes.
