The hostess was lovely. The manager (I assume) stopped by our table to check in. Our waitress was very friendly but a little slow. The noise level made it difficult to carry on a conversation. The food was delicious.

From start to finish we had great service! We were greeted at the door by two friendly staff members, our server did an excellent job, food was great!

Brio has always been our 'go to' but this visit which was the first in some time now, was sub par. Very loud fans going where we were seated, the elegance we remembered of all the staff has become more apathetic, food was fair and in one of our cases, incorrect, and the 2nd bread basket came at the end of our meal. We were almost 'sad' about it as we were surprised at how things had changed. Won't be returning any time soon, unfortunately.

The Salmon Fresca was delicious! Cooked to perfection. My partner’s salad meal was extremely fresh. Our server was friendly and quick. A year or so ago, the food was not hood and the service was terrible. I’m really glad to see these improvements, because we have always liked Brio’s and hope they will stay on the Plaza.
