La carte de ce « Grill Toscan », propose des steaks rôtis au four, des côtelettes et des fruits de mer, exactement comme dans un véritable restaurant de Toscane. We were there for my daughter’s 10th birthday party, and our server was amazing. She was attentive to our guests and made sure everyone had everything they needed.

4 of us went for lunch. Nice varied menu of apps, salads, soup, pasta dishes, etc. & they do have lunch specials. We were looking forward to their lobster bisque, but they were all out on this day!! Service was very attentive and we all loved our food.

Chicken was dry. Old fashioned not as good as last time we were there. Service was slow which was not expected because it wasn’t very busy. Possibly our server.

Brio is a nice medium-price Italian restaurant. Food and service were very good. I wish they had more locations in the Phoenix, Arizona area. (They used to have a restaurant in north Scottsdale.)

Restaurant review: This place has gone downhill significantly since we first started dining here about five years ago. Used to have the same wait staff, but turnover has mostly new staff every 45 days. Lack of training and subpar service is my recent impression of this place. Pricing knowledge is severely limited too, we had several pricing issues that needed correction at the end of meal too. Lunch portions are smaller than they used to be. Our wait staff lack of follow up was both noticeable and perplexing. I could understand if it was busy, but the restaurant was less than a third full in each section. The last 3 visits the kitchen staff (not the wait staff) has delivered the main course to the table. This place is no longer a good value for the money. Sincerely disappointed.

The restaurant was not as good as it used to be, we went there on Labor day for lunch, only a few tables, but it took forever to get anything.

We started at a table near the bar for happy hour, which was fine. We moved to a table for dinner. The waitress wasn’t friendly at all. Unfortunately, that never changed. Our friend ordered a cup of lobster bisque to start and my husband, and I ordered a salad to share as well as calamari. The calamari came two minutes before our main course. I ordered chicken Marsala which was overcooked and did not taste good. I asked for the salmon dish instead. I waited an extremely long time to get the salmon which ended up to be delicious. Every other restaurant I’ve ever been in if you return something, they rush to get your new meal out.

The service was not great, but I dont believe it was the waitresses fault. She was slammed and I noticed a lot of other staff standing around in their "galley" doing nothing... or more accurately, laughing and talking about nothing. Meanwhile, table maintenance was severely suffering: Vacant tables with stacked dishes and occupied tables with dirty dishes and empty drinks... ours being one of those. The manager was focused on helping the expeditor and was not managing the staff or being terribly effective. My Chicken Marsala was bland. The parts of the chicken breast that were not covered in their "marsala" sauce/gravy, was bland and overcooked. The chicken wasnt even seasoned with the minimum salt and pepper when it was grilled. The mashed potatos were cold and runny, and the asparagus was overcooked to the point where it was mushy. The Steak Salad was good. Probably could be considered exceptional, in comparison to the other meals. I've been going to this restaurant for over a decade and its been going downhill for a while. I am no longer going to waste my money there.
