We were unable to sit outside which is what I requested in my reservation. Apparently sitting outside is on a first come first serve basis. That’s ridiculous!

The wife and I enjoyed the overall experience we had. Our server Allison was on point. The food was prepared just as we ordered and very tasty. We truly enjoyed our night and will be back in the future. Glad to see that after several years Brio is still on a certain level. If you're looking for a place to have a great meal and good service, you won't go wrong by giving Brio a shot.

7/21/24Excited to try it-1st time. Disappointed that it took over 10 minutes to be greeted by ANYONE, not the host, waitstaff, bartender or manager. had a reservation for 530pm-arrived @ 525-place had a party of 4 finishing up-1 guest at the bar, 1 party of 2 outside & a few people inside in the waiting area, who arrived prior to us, sitting down apparently waiting for other guests to join them. The people ahead of us were part of a larger party (8 or so) and even though the place was DEAD it took all hands-on deck to set up the large party. As we waited what appeared to be a manager walked over the bar & asked an employee to come and assist her. Said employee was annoyed, flung her pen down blew the bartender a kiss and got up. Not to greet us, but to help with the party of 8 set up. Once the table was set for the party of 8, did they finally greet us. I find this so unprofessional. We eat out several times a week and couldn't believe no one could be bothered to greet us, a simple "Hi someone will be will you shortly" would have worked. Again, the restaurant was empty at this point & they sat us back to back with the party of 8-hence the noise level. Our waitress Victoria was nice, took care of us. The food was average, certainly not reflective of the prices. So many places to choose from if you want good Italian in Freehold, NJ go ANYWHERE but here.

The food was very good. The service was very good. My one complaint, which I have said before, is the non-availability of decaf cappuccino. You can get regular cappuccino or decaf coffee but not decaf cappuccino. Staff have confided to us that they get this request multiple times a day. Cannot understand why management would want to ignore a profit line

I have been dining at Brio for years and have enjoyed many family gatherings there! They have a wide variety of entree choices to choose from to satisfy everyone! The staff is friendly and attentive! The pasta and salmon dishes are my favorite!

AC wasn’t working and it got hot. Never offered to move us to the section of the place that the AC was working. It wasn’t crowded either so they could have done something. Waitress was very friendly and nice.

Excellent service by Christine. We enjoy dining here as there is never a complaint about us sharing. We split the eggplant and shrimp appetizer. This sauce is so wonderful you must mop up every bit with the crusty bread. Then a Caesar salad, which was split in the kitchen . Lastly the lasagna, also split in the kitchen. Their pasta is my favorite …very light. We washed it all down with an excellent montelpuchino. A very nice evening.
