BRIO (veut dire « animé » ou « plein de vie ») est un restaurant « décontracté et raffiné » servant une authentique cuisine italienne du nord. Situé dans Polaris Fashion Place juste à côté de l'I-71, Rave Motion Pictures est à seulement quelques minutes. L'appellation « Tuscan Grille » décrit à merveille un menu qui se compose de steaks rôtis au four, de côtelettes et de fruits de mer, semblable à ce que l'on pourrait trouver dans un authentique « ristorante » de Toscane. La devise du BRIO est « bien manger, pour mieux vivre », raison pour laquelle ce restaurant n'utilise que les ingrédients les plus frais. The theme of our experience was chaos. We waited a half an hour past our reserved time, then once we got sat at the table, we waited another 20 minutes and stopped a hostess to ask for a server. About 5 minutes later another hostess came over to us and explained she could get us bread and water until our server could come. She explained that they only had 4 servers on for the floor. Our server showed up a few minutes later and was appologetic, but he didn't know that we were his table. We placed all our food and drinks at one time. We got our drinks and the food came out not too long after. They didn't make our appetizer and we never got the refills of water we asked for. The server did as well as he could for having 7 tables. When he brought the bill we asked if they were giving any discounts on the bill since the entire experience was lacking. He asked the manager and they said no, so he said we could just take it from his tip. It wasn't the server's fault, so we tipped him normally and will never return. Not because of the actual service just the not caring from the management. A little discount on the bill or a free dessert would have gone along way to smooth over the angry crowd. If you don't have the staff, don't take the reservations.

Our food for the most part was good . We have eaten here more than a couple times in the last several years as it used to be a good to for us . To start with the appetizer plates were stuck together and upon inspection was stuck because there was a big wad of blue gum stuck to the bottom of one . The appetizer of calamari came out without a lemon wedge garnish for seasoning and the waiter said they never have done that ?? Did bring wedges after it was consumed finally and never recieved an additional ordered salad . Also ordered an ol fashioned which was terrible compared to others I have had or made myself along with arriving late with the meal. Just nothing clicking at this visit and will be awhile before I gamble again !

Dined with two children so the booth was invaluable!! Food was outstanding. Lasagna, spaghetti with chicken, and salmon each had their own special flavors. Our server was very nice but overwhelmed with big tables.

I read some bad reviews about the service and the food, but none proved to be true. The food was predictable but it tasted good. All four of us enjoyed our meals and had no complaints.

Started with calamari that was so tough, it was hard to chew. We sent it back and it was marginally better. My husband ordered the lamb chops which were also extremely over cooked. I had the salmon salad and the salmon was dry and over cooked. The server was fine but did mention the kitchen being overwhelmed due to a banquet upstairs. Just not the typical experience.

The restaurant was extremely understaffed. The host was extremely rude. The Bartender was waiting on half the restaurant and did her best. Not the experience I was expecting.

Absolutely awful service. Bread didn’t come out before dinner despite us requesting some for our three hungry kids. My wife and I requested salads to come out before the meal, and they came out with the meal. My wife’s meal came out way after everyone else’s meal came out. I waited to eat my meal with her and mine was cold before her meal came out and all three kids were completely finished before we started eating. It was near impossible to get our server to bring us anything. Most disappointing g experience I’ve ever had at Brio.

Seemed to be understaffed. Took probably 20 minutes for a server to show up at our table. Originally brought out wrong drinks. First round of bread was frozen on the inside. Steak medallions were dry and overcooked. Lasagna was disgusting with very bland flavor, and cheese tasted like and had the consistency of canned cheese spread. Because of slow service we were there for two hours total. Very disappointed, especially for the price.

Nice dinner with a friend I haven’t seen in a while. The food was excellent as usual. The pasta a la vodka is my favorite dish at Brio. I highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it yet.
