BRIO (veut dire « animé » ou « plein de vie ») est un restaurant « décontracté et raffiné » servant une authentique cuisine italienne du nord. Situé dans Polaris Fashion Place juste à côté de l'I-71, Rave Motion Pictures est à seulement quelques minutes. L'appellation « Tuscan Grille » décrit à merveille un menu qui se compose de steaks rôtis au four, de côtelettes et de fruits de mer, semblable à ce que l'on pourrait trouver dans un authentique « ristorante » de Toscane. La devise du BRIO est « bien manger, pour mieux vivre », raison pour laquelle ce restaurant n'utilise que les ingrédients les plus frais.     We have enjoyed going to Brio for 20+ years for holiday celebrations. Our New Year’s Eve outing was very sad and disappointing. To begin, the food which has always been wonderful, was just not up to the levels Brio once presented. The pasta bolognese was dry and not flavorful. The salads were ok, but not tasty like we once knew. Perhaps the most disappointing parts of the evening were where we were seated (with reservations) and the level of service and ambiance. We were given a table with nothing separating us from the Polaris mall entrance but a thin paper-like accordion wall that was not stable and almost fell over on us when being seated. To make it better, we were treated to the relaxing sounds of the mall Zamboni cleaning the floors. Our service was again not what we have enjoyed in the past. The serving staff did not seem to be well trained and were confused at times while serving tables in this room. Our server was nice, but did not have a great personality and made no attempts to connect with us as patrons of the restaurant. It took 28 minutes for our drinks to come to the table. I asked for my martini to be served just very slightly dirty, and was served a drink like it came straight out of the ocean. Even our server recognized it was not made correctly when setting it on the table. The server took it back and I asked for it to be served on the rocks. It was not. A glass of ice was brought to my table and I was left to pour the drink from the martini glass to the glass of ice myself. The cosmopolitan we received was not well made either. Not sure there was even any alcohol in it. For drinks that were $14 each we were obviously disappointed. There were other things that happened that just made the dining out experience not enjoyable and we just wanted to be on our way. This is the first time we left thinking that we don’t feel that we will go back.

    Had dinner in the bar on New Year’s Eve and the bartender waited on us. I completely forgot her name but she was probably the best server/bartender ever! The food was awesome and I recommend Brio - Polaris for a great time and great food

    Our server was very sweet but apparently overloaded with tables. She did her best but the overall service was slow. We were there for two hours. It could be that the delay was caused due to short staffing in the kitchen.

    The food came a little too fast. We didn’t even have time to get our appetizer and drink first, but the food was good and the service was very good as well.

    We were served some small rolls that were not very good. What happen to the Sour Dough bread, it was always good!

    Overall experience was good. Portion sizes for the price was lacking. Food was average compared to other restaurants in the area. Not the same experience that I have had in the past. The quality of the food just isn't as good as it use to be. Not going to rush back in anytime soon.

    The theme of our experience was chaos. We waited a half an hour past our reserved time, then once we got sat at the table, we waited another 20 minutes and stopped a hostess to ask for a server. About 5 minutes later another hostess came over to us and explained she could get us bread and water until our server could come. She explained that they only had 4 servers on for the floor. Our server showed up a few minutes later and was appologetic, but he didn't know that we were his table. We placed all our food and drinks at one time. We got our drinks and the food came out not too long after. They didn't make our appetizer and we never got the refills of water we asked for. The server did as well as he could for having 7 tables. When he brought the bill we asked if they were giving any discounts on the bill since the entire experience was lacking. He asked the manager and they said no, so he said we could just take it from his tip. It wasn't the server's fault, so we tipped him normally and will never return. Not because of the actual service just the not caring from the management. A little discount on the bill or a free dessert would have gone along way to smooth over the angry crowd. If you don't have the staff, don't take the reservations.

    We had reservations for Christmas Eve at 6:30. We didn’t get seated until 7:15 and didn’t get our food until 8:30. A lot of people who had reservations had to wait too. Place was overbooked and short staffed. We got seated upstairs in a private room that was too cold. Our waiter tried his best with all the tables he had to handle but very disappointing for trying to have a nice dinner out and when paying for expensive steaks and pork chops that were overcooked. Starting to think that going out for dinner on a busy night isn’t worth it anymore.

    We went for Christmas Eve dinner. The restaurant was completely overbooked. Our reservation was for 6:30, we didn’t get seated until after 7. The service was very slow. I won’t go back on a busy night.

    Like all the reviews recently the service was really slow BUT I don't think it was our servers fault. The place was extremely over booked and servers had too many tables to give good service. It is a shame because the food is really good. The Brio at Easton is much better staffed.
