BRIO (veut dire « animé » ou « plein de vie ») est un restaurant « décontracté et raffiné » servant une authentique cuisine italienne du nord. Situé dans Polaris Fashion Place juste à côté de l'I-71, Rave Motion Pictures est à seulement quelques minutes. L'appellation « Tuscan Grille » décrit à merveille un menu qui se compose de steaks rôtis au four, de côtelettes et de fruits de mer, semblable à ce que l'on pourrait trouver dans un authentique « ristorante » de Toscane. La devise du BRIO est « bien manger, pour mieux vivre », raison pour laquelle ce restaurant n'utilise que les ingrédients les plus frais. We waited at our table for 20 minutes after being seated. No one ever came to even acknowledge us. We tried to wave a server down with no luck. So we left and went to a different restaurant. It was not busy so there was no reason this should have happened. Very disappointing as have been a long time customer.

I’m am always so pleased with my visits….hence, I return…again and again! With my food restrictions, the Grilled Salmon Fresca…whew! Love it! Love it! It is sooooo yummy! And, the chop salad…my fave! Thank you for keeping these items on the menu!!!!!!

The service and food were very good. However the male greeter was not attentive enough and gave the appearance of not wanting to be here. I would recommend this place. The waitstaff and bus staff were wonderful. We Will be back!

This was our first visit for several months, but things have certainly changed here. The restaurant was not clean...food and dirt all over the carpet. It was 5:00pm, so not a busy time or evening. Our server seemed like they would rather be anywhere but there. Much of the food was cold and just not what we are used to at Brio. I hope they are just going through a rough patch, as it used to be a favorite of ours. It will be quite awhile before we head back, I'm afraid.

Love the salmon Fresca. I know it has no pasta but such a light refreshing dish. My husband ordered lasagna which he really enjoys. He always brings half home.

We've been disappointed in this Brio the prior two times we were there for dinner. Last night was a disaster. The waitress started by calling my wife "honey". She was flippant throughout our meal. Our food was a big mix up. My wife ordered a wedge salad with grilled chicken. I ordered a chopped salad and the Pasta Brio. We asked that my salad be served first, then my entree and my wife's salad together after I finished my salad. Pretty soon my wife's wedge salad appears with no chicken. They brought my salad 5 minutes later. Instead of Pasta Brio, I was brought lasagna. They took back the lasagna and eventually brought the Pasta Brio. The presentation was awful and the quality of the entree was far below my expectations. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
