Le BRIO (qui signifie « plein de vie ») est un restaurant élégant et décontracté qui sert une authentique cuisine du nord de l'Italie. Son intitulé, « Grill Toscan », évoque son menu qui propose des steaks rôtis au four, des côtelettes et des fruits de mer, exactement ce que l'on pourrait trouver dans un authentique restaurant de Toscane.     Overall good value. We went for Valentine’s Day. Restaurant had a special that included a salad, entrees and dessert for $70

    Our waiter was very pleasant and professional. He served very. The restaurant dropped the ball with the young lady they had as a greeter/ushering guests to their tables. Her customer service was poor. We walked in with a smile and greeted her. She did not smile back, did not greet us back, but just coldly asked what she could do for us and told us to follow her. My husband was so turned off and wanted to leave, but I wanted to try Brio for the first time, so we stayed. He did not like her attitude at all.

    This is a great place for lunch. The menu is full of great choices and most will find something to their liking. Staff is always attentive and friendly.

    The service was decent. I took my mother and I and the food was not the standard that I’m used to at Brio‘s. The food tasted stale, old and had a unique smell to it. This was the Easton location.

    Brio is just Olive Garden plus. Maybe my expectations were just too high. I got the shrimp and lobster ravioli and the shrimp and lobster tasted like they had been frozen and just warmed up really quick. Flavor was not there.

    The food and atmosphere were wonderful. I asked the waitress several times for lemons for my water, however, I had to go to the bar and get them myself. That was disappointing.

    The service was awful. Our waiter seemed completely out of it. So slow. I had to flag down another server just to pay the bill. It seemed other tables around us,who had different waiters, also had very slow service.

    A friend and I stopped at the bar at 1pm for drinks and brunch. There was only one other group(6) at the bar. We had to ask for service at each step of the experience. Sat for 25 minutes with water, no drinks. Ordered a pitcher of bellinis and beef carpaccio. Another 20 minutes later, bartender hadn’t checked on us or delivered food. When asked again, we realized it was never ordered. Had to ask for brunch menu. Bartender acted as if this was a special request. He seemed very distracted by the group of 6. Stood in front of them chatting the whole time, ignoring us. Unfortunate experience.
