After having after having a bad experience with my husband at Brio, then I was issued a $25 gift card on inKind which I have to download the app and then I have decided to take a friend of mine for lunch since I have a $25 coupon. Once we have eight and everything when I went to pay, the inKind app would not take the receipt number, so our server decided to call the manager, who was Bryce at the moment, and Mr. Bryce came over and he tried to enter the receipt number into the inKind app which it did not work so I told him I would pay for it and I would use my inKind $25 coupon next time, and then I happen to see Mr. Bryce walk into the people that was right next to us which had a party of six and they had also a coupon on inKind and it did not work for them so he decided to take the receipt and put the amount of money that was on inKind into their bill and subtracted it and give it to them but it did not do it for me. I really did took offense to that. I felt like it was very much so discrimination. If he had done it for them, he should have done it for us. I was very, very, very disappointed with the whole inKind experience because the $25 coupon was specifically issued for Rio and he should have honored that.

Waiter and service was fantastic. When my niece knocked over a full glass of water he was quick to help us clean up and didn’t act annoyed in the least- even though it was very wet!

I’m still a huge fan but bummed that I couldn’t have a white wine during happy hour because you were out of the one you offer. Food, service and ambiance is the best and we will return because this has never happened before. There’s got to be a better solution.

Server was inattentive. She took our order & didn’t see her again for a while. We got our pasta dishes & I asked for fresh parmesan & more bread. By the time she came back we were done eating. Our drinks stayed empty. She brought refills when we asked for the check. Only had 1 other table beside us & she wasn’t taking care of them either. Service was terrible & food was just okay.

Salad was not the best. Chicken was very dry and the lettuce was not crisp. None of us really enjoyed our food. Waiter was fantastic and wanted to make everything right.

The food was great, wait staff was wonderful. They had convinced us at the front desk that there was “nothing available inside”, there were so many open tables inside and we reluctantly went outside even though we had reservations (that were made almost a month in advance). The outside seating, which we were told was under a fan, was so hot but we were told we would have to wait for an inside seat. Great food, we shouldn’t have let them convince us to sit outside! Lesson learned.
