Overall an okay experience. Our waitress was great. She knew the menu well and made good recommendations. The food was good, but not great or exceptional. A big negative for me was the sangria drink I ordered. It tasted like Hawaiian Punch. It was ridiculously sweet and you could not detect a hint of any alcohol in it.

Wow. $5 for a lemonade. And no refills offered. Chopped salad wasn’t same quality as in the past. Doubt we will return for what we paid and the quality of the food.

I usually don’t write bad reviews. This is my first. I was at Brio the prior week and it was really good. I decide to return with another friend. First, they were out of Calamari. They were also out of two other items. Then, when they gave me my Lasagna, they didn’t realize they were low and gave me half and would bring the other half later. They did comp me said I would t have to pay for it. However, when you looked at the dish, it didn’t look like lasagna. Tt looked like noodles with lots of white sauce. There was some meat on the bottom layer as well as some tomato sauce. The top layer just had some meat. When the second half came out, it was worse. The pictures are from the first half I received. I asked for extra sauce. It really needed it since nothing red except the little dollop on the top. For the second half, I should have also asked for meat. Tried to end it on a sweet note but they were out of the dessert we wanted. When we got the bill they charged us for the extra sauce and said they had to because of corporate. I said if they made it correctly, I wouldn’t need it. They blamed the quality of the lasagna on new people hired. Guess they don’t monitor the quality of what the new people make. I said, I was at here the prior week and ordered the lasagna and it was really good. I said the lasagna was really bad this week. If I had gotten this the prior week, I wouldn’t have returned. My friend who is Italian said it didn’t look like lasagna. Apparently, the staff doesn’t know Italian food nor take pride in their work. I can’t suggest going here unless you see a string of consistent positive reviews. I guess the prior week was a fluke.

Chicken Marsala was so dry I had to struggle to cut it; the asparagus was also stringy. I had to ask three times to have my water glass refilled. Our waiter was spending more time talking to the chef. He never asked how our dinners were.

This place is absolutely horrible. Food is not completely cooked, waiting staff is inexperienced and is hard to find at best. Definitely not recommended and not what it used to be to be. Please do yourself a favor and go to the Cheesecake Factory across the street.
