Le BRIO Tuscan Grille - North Bethesda (qui signifie « animé » ou « plein de vie ») est un restaurant élégant et décontracté, servant une cuisine authentique du nord de l'Italie. La carte de ce restaurant-grill toscan propose des steaks rôtis au four, des côtes et des fruits de mer. Il se présente exactement comme un « ristorante » typique de la Toscane. Il est situé à proximité de l'université de Dayton, de l'université d'état de Wright et la base aérienne Air Force Wright Patterson. The food was hot, flavorful and definitely worth the price. The arribiata and the sausage carbonara were great. We'd order them again. The pour for the gin and tonic was very much appreciated. The Italian margarita wasn't great because some ingredient, I suspect the limoncello, had too much of a bite which took away from the overall flavor. I drank it because I don't like wasting money but I definitely wouldn't order it again. On the whole, it was a great experience. My favorite part was hearing the chef call out the orders to the kitchen staff. It was reminiscent of watching Gordon Ramsay on Hell's Kitchen. I thought it was cool, truthfully. When I return, I hope to be seated close to the kitchen again. Thank you, Brio.

Service was very slow, had to ask for water, took 1:45 for sale and an entry. Extremely noisy

Our meal was very good! My husband had wanted to get the beef medallions, but they didn't have any. He went with pork chops and said they were delicious. I went with shrimp and scallop risotto (minus truffle oil). Mine was also delicious and sans truffle oil. The portions were huge so we also enjoyed the leftovers. I regret not remembering our servers name. She was terrific! Very attentive, genial and quick.

We had great service and food. I really appreciated getting our drinks & appetizer quickly, and the relaxed atmosphere which allowed us to take our time before ordering our main course.

Not the best experience for my family. Service was extremely slow, but our server was cheerful and friendly despite the extremely long wait for food and drinks from the bar. The manager came by to check on us and ask about our dining experience. I was polite, but he sensed something was wrong and asked for honest feedback. He apologized and explained the long wait time was from being short staffed. He adjusted our bill and again apologized for the service.

We were sat at a booth meant for 4 people while we were 6 people in a restaurant that was 50% empty. The service was very slow. Appetizers came out extremely slow. Food quality, taste, and value for the appetizers were horrible. Flatbread? More like crackers with unmelted cheese. Dinner entrees took forever to come out and 5 of the 6 plates were cold. Was not worth it at all and I am very extremely disappointed with this experience.

Manager brought the wrong wine opened it said can’t take it back and made me pay again for the right wine. I argued with him but he arrogantly refused

Although a busy evening for the staff, all were prompt, courteous, and efficient. We had a wonderful experience.

The servers and all staff were really great. The restaurant was very busy so we did have mistakes that were made by the kitchen but the servers totally made up for it. We did not receive a salad, a steak was ordered medium rare and came very well done. One person in our party asked for the gorgonzola cheese on her salad be substituted with Parmesan and that was not done. The other meals in our party were just fine. The ones that were not were removed from the bill or remedies. The restaurant was very busy so we did not think these things were too big of a deal since it was Christmas and the servers were excellent. We would definitely go back.
