Briny Swine Chicago is a seaside-inspired smokehouse and oyster bar in the heart of Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood featuring Carolina-style barbeque, seafood and Lowcountry classics, served with a side of sass. It’s a local joint where friends and family gather to laugh and forget about life in the big city while they get in on some Southern hospitality and good eatin'. Rosé, bourbon, cocktails and beer are aplenty...and on a steady flow.

Whether you’re on vacation, passing by after a long day of work or catchin’ the big game, Briny is that place where all are welcome, from all parts, and no one cares about the rest.

Y’all, leave your worries at the door, take a seat, enjoy fine swine, wine and oysters while listening to the sweet sounds of rock, blues, jazz, bluegrass and honkey tonk.

Excellent. Had an incredible family style dinner by splitting oysters, meat platters, and sides for the table. If you’re just passing through Chicago for a weekend, the restaurant is also in a great location to check out other things nearby after treating yourself to the Briny Swine.

Meat wasn’t great, everyone’s stomach felt unsettled, we should have known, there were fly’s around our table when we were arrived. Our server was very nice but food was really unacceptable

Glad to finally try this place! Dollar oysters on Tuesday were a great value and the ribs were fantastic. Will be going to this local spot again sometime soon!

We had a party of 6 for brunch. Sunday @ 11:30am was fairly empty and the food came out at different times. Overall, the experience was good just not a repeat for us.

It was our first visit to the restaurant. The location, ambiance and wait staff were excellent. We will be coming back again.

Great energy on a Friday evening! Appreciate the oyster options, which are better than most places I've visited in Chicago. Marcos was a kind and helpful server. We left before the live music started, but I have no doubt that would be a fun way to cap off a night out.

Classic South Carolina BBQ. The cut with a fork kind. Great sides, great service and super fun atmosphere and even their burger was fantastic. We will definitely be returning.
