    Excellent food and service. Would definitely return. Only thing would change is the two small tables by the window that is by the ball park are too close together and feels awkward. Makes seem awkward to have conversations when tables are so close. Other than that everything was excellent.

    The Hubs and I had a wonderful dinner this evening. Our assigned team member, Morgan, was great and very attentive. Our steaks were perfect! Thank you so much! We needed this stress-free experience more than you know!

    We have been to Brinkleys on multiple occasions and this was the worst service we’ve had since we’ve been there. They lost our drink order, didn’t provide any compensation for it. We had to ask for bread 3 times. We did t get any food or drinks until 50 minutes after our reservation. Hope this was just a one off.

    It was my husband and I first time here and we had a wonderful evening. Food and drinks were wonderful. Will definitely come again.

    First off our waiter was great, and enjoyed avery well prepared filet. But overall service was something i have never experienced from what i assume was either a manager or host. We had a 515 dinner resv this past Wednesday evening as a team event being in Augusta for a military conference. As you can imagine we were early for most restaurants and were promptly seated. The five of us had apps, dinner and after dinner drinks. The restaurant became busy as it entered prime dinner time and an individual from another company saw our vendor shirts and explained he was waiting on a table and it was 45 mins after his resv. We chose to leave even though he saw our reaction as if we were the only table. The following day this individual mentioned this in a message to our CEO. He said he knew we were probably upset but a restaurant staff member told him we were there for 4 hours. Our ceo who had left early for a mtg told him he got there at 530 (a few mins after us) and that wasnt true. We left the table at 730. Unbelievably unprofessional and even though i enjoyed the food will never go back!

    We enjoyed a quiet afternoon dinner. James was an attentive and engaging server. Our meals were excellent. I loved my lamb entree. I look forward to my next visit.
