At Bright Brewery, we brew an adventurous range of independent craft beers on the banks of the Ovens River, in the heart of Bright, Victoria.

Family-owned and fiercely independent, Bright Brewery was born from a passion for well-made beer, a love for the town of Bright, and the adventurous outdoors lifestyle that the High Country provides. We are also a three-time Gold Medal Winner for Best Tourism Brewery in Victoria!

Come and join us for a MountainCrafted beer and a delicious fresh meal by our Head Chef Jarrod Smith and his team.

Our Spring/Summer menu features brilliant local produce from Bright and surrounds with options for everyone - including salads, sides, pizzas, sharing boards, mains and kids meals.

Select a MountainCrafted beer from our 24 taps or a glass of local wine, sit back and enjoy beautiful Bright.

We had Beef cheek, it was amazing. Was going to ask for steak knife being beef, daaah. Cut it with my fork. Been here before and definitely come again. Great food , and not to forget the great beer. 🤗🤗

Great place to hang out and sample the beers. Stay on for a bite to eat too. Loved the outdoor heaters and ambiance!

The staff were amazing, despite it being quiet they were rushing around getting everyone looked after as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience at the Bright Brewery on this occasion. The menu selection was very limited firstly. Secondly my meal (beef cheeks) was tasty but it was at best luke warm. My fellow diners meals gnocchi and bahn mi were so small we thought they were from the kids menu. If you are likely to order more than chips from the menu then there are many other better dining options in town.

Fabulous place for lunch - a bit noisy inside. Easy to use table ordering and also ordering at the bar.

Pizza average, onion rings good. Not a lot of food options and expensive for what you get.

Menu is a lot smaller now. I had the pork, it was cooked well but under seasoned. The side of slaw tasted good but the portion size was too small.
