A Serene Ambiance with Attentive Staff & Excellent Fare Celebrated special occasion, October 6, 2024 at Bridgewater bistro. Was warmly greeted by Todd the manager, and felt welcome to buy all. Carla, our waitress,, made certain every phase of dinner was well orchestrated. Although the restaurant ran out of the entrée, my sister and I wanted, she did her best to accommodate our palettes with another. Dessert and complementary, alcohol, free champagne made the evening a bit more festive. And of course, the view is incomparable. It’s been a long time since my Last visit. Thank you for making it special.

Incredible meal from start to finish. The host knew it was our 10th anniversary and went out of his way to make our night so special! Our waitress was fantastic and the halibut and short ribs were exceptional; the only thing better than the food and service was the gorgeous view of the river. Thank you, Bridgewater Bistro, for making our night so memorable.

We come for the Thai Brussel Sprouts. We stay for the delicious entrees and dessert. Try to come whenever we are in town. We love the vibe and love the food. Always delicious and the service is great.

This was our second visit and both times with family. The first time, we were here for a volleyball tournament, last evening it was family from Michigan. The food was superb, Theresa, our server was professional, congenial, and warmly friendly. She got variations on the menu to accommodate specific requests 100% correct. It was a very pleasant dining experience for all four of us.

Food was great but when my friend asked for Gluten Free bread the server picked up the regular bread and started to take it away. I let her know I wanted regular bread and to leave it and her response was do you need all of it, we don’t want to waste it. It was said rather curtly and rude. We were celebrating my birthday and I have never had a server pick up and try to take away the table bread even if only one person eating it. Prices were high so this was unexpected and put a cloud on the rest of the evening.

I have dined here in the past (a few times between 2015-2018) and it was always a pleasant experience, both food and ambience. Decided to do a date night recently when we were in town and both of us left very unsatisfied, yet it still cost us well over $100. Started with the most tasteless rolls I’ve ever had in my life. Two appetizers, the salmon cakes (tasty) and steak bites (meat was a bit tough and buried in a bowl of gravy), both with high prices. The entree that we shared was the braised shortribs that were just ok, almost on the dry side, definitely have had better at 1/2 the price. Very disappointed in how the quality and value of this place diminished. Will not be back and won’t recommend, spend your money elsewhere.
