Seated on time at arrival. Assisted with disabled person in a professional manner. It was a relaxing dinner with no rushing us on a holiday afternoon. Very comfortable experience from start to finish.

My meal was served cold. Our server offered to send it back to the kitchen for a reheat. I declined because reheated good food is never the same. I ate a few bites but couldn’t finish the meal. She offered a take home container. She was very pleasant about the matter. My only comment, a featured entree should never leave the kitchen cold. And no, I didn’t take the meal home to reheat

Brickhouse has a slimmed down menu with basic diner items. Our food order was cold when served to us. Food was meh. Better to walk down to the end of the plaza and buy food at the Tops Grocery store if you are hungry while at the casino.

The service was awful. Waited fourty minutes and food never came.. they were not busy just bad. I never got refills in my drinks The tvs are so loud and the sportsbettors are so obnoxious leaning into your table the while experience was awful. We just walked out and would never go back. The meal was a “free comp” meal and I still didn’t stay for it as it was that bad an experience. Loud slow obnoxious and poor servers

Our food was very good. Chicken breasts Asiago sauce, shrimp tacos and open steak sandwich. The service was great and very attentive. We are B planning another visit soon!

Front of house needs to improve on their menu knowledge and drinks offered at bar. They were not attentive or friendly. Forgot to put in 2 of our orders and did not apologize. Seemed annoyed for some reason at us for asking for our drinks again after 30 mins of waiting when she came back and asked if we needed anything and then goes oh yes that's right. Told us they didn't have a drink but could see in it in our view, so we pointed it out and they were annoyed but went back to the bar and got the correct drink. It took us 50 mins just to get in or entree orders since she did not ask when dropping of our appetizers or checking back in until we were completley done with those. It was not a busy night but still service was astronomically slow, rude and unattentive. Once it was in the kitchen/bar was quick. The food tasted good overall. Hopefully the service becomes better quality. It might of been a one off experience but it was our first time and it was not what we had expected to say the least.

It was great food, the set up is kinda weird. You're in the middle of the sports lounge. Service was good. I'll probably eat there again, it was just strange.

Overall taste of food was very good, however, the open face steak sandwich had very little meat. Not worth the price

Brickhouse Kitchen (a new eating place in a casino) has only been open a few weeks. I had the Summer Ale & Lemon Marinated Pork Tenderloin: grilled marinated pork tenderloin, toasted garlic pearl couscous, grilled zucchini and yellow squash, citrus arugula salad, charred lemon. It was absolutely outstanding!!! This dish would be a stand-out at a fancier restaurant. Presentation was impeccable; all items cooked to perfection. Delicious. My spouse had the Signature Burger with caramelized mushrooms and onions, Swiss cheese, arugula, truffle aïoli, toasted brioche bun. Also delicious! Cooked as ordered (which sometimes doesn't happen if the request is for medium-rare.) Service was appropriately attentive. Server made good recommendations (the raspberry Cosmo is a must-do!!) Noise level is not pleasant -- the "music" (for lack of a different description) from the casino is played -- at high volume throughout the establishment. Conversation and hearing the server is a challenge. NOT good for a dining area trying to be upscale.
