We dine here regularly when going to The Factory for a show. Menu is varied so regardless of what you are hungry for, they have it. Nice wine and beer selection, and food typically comes out in a timely manner. Portions are big, I had the club last time and could not eat it all. Also love the Tots, any of the flatbreads, and the fish and chips is very good. Price is in-line with the quality and quantity.

Some rather unique menu items that make Brick House different from other sports bars. The appetizers are so appealing that I'm inclined to go back just to try them all (eventually).

We had a great dinner. Brenden was an excellent server—so attentive and relational. I’m so glad we chose the Brick House for our family dinner out

630 arrival time. Seated promptly. 1 adult and 2 children. No kids menus provided until the waitress returned with drinks. The Kraft Mac and cheese was undercooked for both kids. The lobster BLT was cold and 1 strip of bacon was on each half of the sandwich. Food order was slow to arrive and the ordering Process was delayed as the server/waitress was otherwise occupied. 1.5 hour dining experience for undercooked Mac & cheese with waters and a let down of a BLT. I would recommend other places. This has been my last trip to brick house.

The only things that we liked about it is that some of us like the dinner and our waiter was polite and friendly. Also they had a gluten free buns. We had a reservation for 7:45 p.m. The restaurant was less than 50% full. While we got seated right way it took too long to get drinks and our orders were not placed until at least 20 minutes later. Our waiter he didn't write down anything and then could not remember all of the drink orders. Also he had to come back and confirm dinner orders. Our waiter has a good personality but he was way too busy. We didn't get our food until over 1 hour later. While some of us liked our dinner but it was too expensive. The women's bathroom was gross. None of the toilets were flushed and there was water on the floor. We will not be returning.
