Brick Fire Tavern is a Craft Pizza Restaurant, specializing in creating hand crafted Neapolitan Pizza paired with craft beer, select wines, and other hand crafted dishes. By definition, “craft” in the context of food refers to the expertise in making things by hand, and usually in limited quantities. With this as our core, we are dedicated to the art of creating combinations that work in harmony with each other. Our ingredients are homemade, and seasonal whenever possible, and our menu items are uniquely balanced and creative. Everything served from the kitchen has at least one element either cooked or finished in our wood fired brick oven. We have traditional pizzas, as well as our creative and unique pizza combinations which are both fun and fancy ways to use local and fresh ingredients.

Service was best I’ve had in Oahu. They were on it. Never an empty glass or dirty plate. Nice neighborhood gem.

We revisited Brick Fire Tavern after about 6 months since our first visit (which was certainly a 5-star experience). Since our first visit, the menu has changed to no longer include béchamel base pizzas including our previous favorite, the "Shrimp Truck". Though we were disappointed by this, we ordered two San Marzano (red) base pizzas, the "Mamma Mia" and the weekly special which was guanciale, parmesan, and red onion onion. The weekly special was excellent, but the Mamma Mia was not up to the standards set by our previous visit. The waitstaff and service was excellent, and overall we greatly enjoyed our evening.

I have been going there for so long I could recite the menu. I loved the Ceaser but they changed it somehow. Why is it places have the best thing in town and they change it??? Go figure. I will always go back but have to find something different now. They have the best Carpaccio this side of Italy. The wine list could use a little updating. The Staff are friendly and provide great service as a team. Overall great experience.

Our server was very friendly and efficient. I had the Margarita pizza and it was delicious. Great causal ambience.

This was our first visit to Brick Fire Tavern and it was a stellar one! All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided us with excellent customer service. The interior was modern and attractive, and the vibe was relaxed yet festive, with a pleasant amount of noise: Perfect for a night out with friends, a date, or a birthday celebration. We ordered two Neapolitan pizza (one Margherita, one “pepperoni”), two pastas (one bolognese, one rigatoni), a Caesar salad, and three desserts (one cannoli, one tiramisu, and one Black Forest gelato). Everything was scrumptious, especially bolognese and rigatoni. Nothing like fresh pasta! We’ll definitely be back to try more of the amazing menu.

Everyone is always so friendly and a. It gets really busy but doesn’t feel like it takes really long unless I just have awesome company lol. Love this place

We had Satriale's pizza with a little sausage and ricotta cheese and a mild, sweet red sauce. It was delicious and definitely different, being Napolitano style. The crust is extremely thin and doughy. It's meant to be eaten with a knife and fork. We had the Peroni beer with reminded us of being in Italy. For dessert, we had cannoli (2 come per order) and vanilla gelato. The cannoli were nutella flavored which was unusual but delicious.
