Brick and Brine is located on the 1st floor of the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Kalamazoo. Our restaurant is right off of the Kalamazoo Mall past Old Burdick's Bar & Grill.

My husband and I had a great meal at Brick and Brine in celebration of our anniversary. I had checked the “anniversary” box when I made the reservation and every staff member we encountered that night recognized the occasion. There was a handwritten note on our menus signed by restaurant staff members and colorful rose petals were scattered on the table for a festive touch. We were seated in a cozy booth near the back of the restaurant. Our server was excellent! Both of us ended up ordering the scallop entree and it was delicious, with a unique blending of flavors and textures. The desserts were also very good and, for better or worse, very generous portions. Thank you, Brick and Brine, for a very pleasant and memorable experience.

We had every single server sign our menus and wish us a happy anniversary. Our waitress Sara was so sweet and accommodating she took a Polaroid of us, gave us rose petals, a free dessert and drinks to go! Wonderful experience and cannot wait to celebrate more events there!

All I can say is someone needs to be and should be tasting EVERYTHING before service. The food is prepared excellently, but executed poorly. Very beautiful place and the staff is amazing props to the front of house team at the Brine! We will be back.

We love Brick and Brine for their fantastic cocktails and food. We love the Wedge Salad (one of the best anywhere) and the steak. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff had all personally signed our menus with a congratulations. Our server, Erika, was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Glad to have Brick and Brine in Kalamazoo!

First time in Kalamazoo and first time at this restaurant, wow! Everything was absolutely delicious, we had the seafood platter, the cauliflower steak, a chicken dish and roasted broccoli. And of course, some amazing dessert, a pistachio cream cake, with a glass of Porto! All this, with a great service - our server Hannah B. made the best recommendations, was always around us, ready to see what we need, and always with a nice smile! Overall a perfect evening, and Brick and Brine will definitely be on my list for next time in Kalamazoo.

Always a solid choice for food, drinks and atmosphere. My husband said the lamb chops were some of the best he has ever had. Had a great little table by the fireplace. We were extremely disappointed in our server this time - I think he needs a bit more experience and polish compared to those we have had on previous visits and the other servers I observed interacting with their tables that night. It was our 20th anniversary celebration so unfortunately our experience dampened the celebration a bit.

The food, atmosphere, and service were great. Nick was an excellent server and my wife and I enjoyed getting a Polaroid picture to capture the moment! We highly recommend and we will be back in the future!
