Brick and Brine is located on the 1st floor of the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Kalamazoo. Our restaurant is right off of the Kalamazoo Mall past Old Burdick's Bar & Grill.

From the management seating us early, to the stellar recommendations from our server Nick, our anniversary dinner was superb! Highlights were the La Dolce Vita cocktail, the raw oysters, the wedge salad and the perfect scallops w risotto. The service, ambiance and the incredible food make this our fave restaurant in town.

We recently celebrated a friend’s birthday here and the staff went out of their way to make it extra special. The food was terrific and wonderful cocktails!

Outstanding food. Very attentive host/hostess. Friendly service. Was surprised that we needed to request bread as that had previously been offered early on.

Dan (our waiter) was phenomenal. He was very friendly and had amazing recommendations. Not only was the food amazing, but the people were too. This wasn’t our first time.. and we will definitely be back again.

If you are ever in the Kalamazoo area, I recommend Brick & Brine for dinner. The cocktails, food, staff and vibe were all phenomenal. Shout out to our server Dan! 🍽️🥂

The decor is comfortable and offers a lot of natural light. Our server was great and offered suggestions for their best menu items. The food did not disappoint! It had great flavor and the portions were huge. While it is expensive, it was worth it.

My friends and I came on a Friday night and when we walked in they had live music which was fantastic! From our table we ordered mac and cheese, Cesar salad, brick oven chicken, and the butchers cut. From the service to the food everything was excellent. I will be coming back if I’m ever in the area again!

Great service and food, but the cocktails were just okay. Would expect them to be better to be on par with the food and the price. I'll definitely return for the food, but next time I'll likely stick with wine.
