Brick and Brine is located on the 1st floor of the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Kalamazoo. Our restaurant is right off of the Kalamazoo Mall past Old Burdick's Bar & Grill.

My wife and I ordered the Brick and Brine Chicken for Two with Champagne. Although the individual dishes were quite good, the overall presentation was a bit of a hodgepodge. The chicken is presented piled on a bed of fries and onion rings. The pressure fried chicken was moist and flavorful. The roasted Brussels were delicious dipped in the accompanying honey and the Mac ‘n Cheese was very satisfying. We agreed that if we return, we’ll order individual menu entrees.

Everything was great! The drinks, food and definitely the service. We all had filets and they were great! Erika was awesome

We dined here to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the hostess presented my wife with a menu signed by the staff, but that was just the beginning! We ordered the meatball appetizer, and it was amazing. I ordered the ribeye, which was cooked perfectly. My wife had the scallops, which were delicious. We finished with Mackinac Island Fudge Cake, which was out of this world! Our server Erica took excellent care of us, checking on us often. What a great place to dine, and a definite asset to downtown.

Amazing service and great food. We came here to celebrate our birthdays, and our server was very attentive to our needs, even the ones that were unspoken. 10/10!!!!
