A beautiful, locally owned restaurant located in downtown New Buffalo, Michigan; Brewster’s New Buffalo puts a modern twist on traditional Italian fare. Our Chef uses a wide variety of fresh, innovative ingredients to create dishes. Our sommelier and bar manager take pride in curating the finest selection of liquor, beer and wine, including wonderful locally and Michigan made specialties.

We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner every day, all year round! (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)

Been eating here since it opened. Has become extremely popular over all of those years but our food last night was sub par - more like a chain restaurant experience. Greens were wilted and chicken was dry and chewy. Cookies were burned. Bread was still delicious 😂

This is my favorite restaurant. I love the people, the food, and the environment. Brewsters is amazing!

Short ribs our favorite, and Marsala was mouthwatering. 3 teenage kids devoured meatballs, halibut and pizza.

We tried the sweet and spicy pizza, shrimp Alfredo, and the cookies. All of the food was delicious. The service was fast.

Unfortunately our experience was unpleasant. First they attempted to seat us at the kitchen pick up counter where busy waitstaff gather and pick up food which is a chaotic location notwithstanding there were 5 empty tables. Upon request they sat us at a new table along the windows in a fury of flies. When we weren’t swatting and killing flies we were waiting. No napkins. No silverware. Dirty glasses. Place smelled like a wet rag. Food was good. Waitress was new but her effort was good. I could not wait to leave.

Brewster is one of our fav places to go year-round as we live in the area. The food was delicious with some really new items/creations. Our server was fantastic and hostess was awesome in helping us change last minute from 4 to 5!!!!

We have been loyal customers for over 20 years. We feel like the last 2-3 times we have been there, the servers viewed us as an inconvenience and that was the tone and feeling given. We also have 2 family members that have been diagnosed as celiac and the restaurant had run out of Gluten Free pasta on the day before the 4th of July. Really need to add more Gluten free options.
