They were closed for an event at 6:30 which we were attending, but we made a reservation for five so we could have dinner before the event. The restaurant was closed and no one would answer the door so we ended up eating at Hard Rock Cafe.

We had a reservation but when we walked in there was no host, walked up to the bar and they said sit anywhere. We didn’t have a server and had to order everything at the bar, not ideal for a birthday celebration.

Expensive for the quality of food you get. Had to repeatedly remind the waitress we needed a plate, she didn’t bring us part of what we ordered (was taken off the bill which I guess makes up for it) drinks took 15 mins to come out each time we order them. They were just beers and they weren’t busy. Overall…. Disappointed. My group will probably find another bar next time we are in the area. One good thing they have going for them is it’s such a cool looking bar on the inside. This could be a great place just off the vibe of the place.

Not a great experience. When we first got there, we waited at the hostess stand for 5-8 minutes before being attended to. Then we were told she was unable to seat us because she was on break, stating “don’t be mad at me but I’m on break”. We had a reservation for 4:30, so I’m not sure why accept reservations if you’re able until accommodate. The best part was the food, pretzel and taco were delicious. Service remained very slow, especially since it wasn’t busy. That initial first impression tainted the experience.

The food was good but they were short staffed so it took forever to place a food order at the bar and then a very long time to get our food. We enjoyed the beer.

Unfortunately, we did not get to dine there on 3/15; when we got to Brew Dog, they said they were only serving a limited menu of apps that evening. We did not receive a call in advance to advise of the situation, so we had to pivot and find another place to eat. The experience at Brew Dog is typically very good, but an advance heads up about the food situation that evening would have been nice. I had to provide neutral ratings on this survey, as there is no way to get to comments without providing a star rating to the initial questions. Thanks.

Came here as a fun brunch for the kids. We put in the reservation we wanted to be sat upstairs we have 3 kids with us. When we arrived we were told the entire upstairs with games was reserved for a party the entire morning. VERY FRUSTRATING. The breakfast tacos are sold separately no side. I ordered the eggs potatoes bacon and toast. The eggs made the paper on the tray soggie and it was mixed in my food. The bacon wasn’t cooked all the way. The toast was flimsy and not toasted. The potatoes are the triangular shaped potatoes. It looks cool inside but thats it.
