Cool vibe, but service was extremely slow. Took at least 15 mins to get a beer to our table. I’d recommend posting up at the bar, would be faster. Also wasn’t impressed by their famous wings. Not flavorful and super dry…

Honestly not sure why this place takes reservations on game days. Every time I make one and show up the poor hostess is struggling to find me a table. I will give them the credit that they always eventually find a solution but almost feels like this frustration could just be avoided by saying “sorry, walk ins only on game day”. This time the solution was to put me at a bar table with no service, not far from the door where I battled a swarm of flies for my food. I only give this any stars because the bar crew was extremely friendly, the hostess did find a place to park me and my friends, and the dawgs won which improved my mood by the end.

Would neither recommend nor repeat. Ordered two flights. Ran out of glasses on the second. Place was barely 30% full all day- strange to run out of glassware in a place that runs on beer. Server’s response “I don’t know, I just work here”. Server randomly replaced a beer that was out with another one that had already been previously ordered, instead of checking first. Last of three entrees was delivered nearly 45 mins after it was ordered and rest of everyone’s food finished. Tables not clean. Random server walked by our kids cursing at someone (F word). When confronted, he indicated it was not directed at our table, but seemed to have no awareness of the fact that it was wrong to begin with. Food was ok. The reviews talking about service taking long are spot on.

So understaffed. So slow. Our waitress was great but could only do what she could do. the overall experience required a lot of waiting from the start. I think it was 12 minutes before we got someone to the table

Food is delicious every time we come. Cool vibe, good drinks and great food all right off the beltline!

Overall it was a fun experience at BrewDog ATL. The place is a two story warehouse with big glass garage doors opening out to the East Beltline, which is cool. On nice days the garage doors are open. Pet dogs are allowed on the outside patios only (please don’t lie and ruin it for everyone else). The inside was nicely appointed with lots of seating, some tables with chairs, others large wooden bench tables. The games (video games, table shuffleboard) were available for free. The beer is great. The food was very tasty (try the fish and chips, delish!). The place LOUD! The service was slow, partly because we were seated upstairs and the trek is long, partly it was busy in Saturday night. No one ever bussed our table in the 5 hours we were there. Also, there was only one TV near where we sat during March Madness, when we did request to sit by the TVs. And YES, we made a reservation for our party of 8. Long story short, it is a loud, boisterous beer bar with pub food, great for large parties. Try it out.

My waitress was great - smiles and took care of us! It was not her fault our drinks came out late. Food either salty or bland, the fish tasted like frozen fish - all prices were overpriced. The alcohol drinks was very little alcohol added. Some of your waiters or waitress looking mad, not my waitress. I like the ambience was nice.

This is a UK chain where the food is okay, but the service is terrible. Our waiter barely was around and when we asked for our check, he told us to scan a QR and walked away. The QR code allows you to pay from your phone, but it is deceiving and charges a $7 fee to pay via the phone/website and tip is already included, but they also fail to tell you that upfront too. They use Sunday as the payment platform and when you go to their website, it promotes how the restaurant will get 10% more tips. This is because they mislead the person paying and not showing that tip is already included. This deceiving behavior, a fee to pay, and the lackluster food and service are reasons we will not return or recommend.
