    Food was excellent. Every dish was well composed and thought out. We had the tasting menu, and we enjoyed every course. Air Conditioning wasn’t working - so it was super hot meal during the heat wave. They did offer to move us to another table and gave us glasses of ice to help cool us down. Nothing really helped. Not sure if the AC is just the way it is or if it’s a fixable issue. Personally, I won’t go back again until the weather cools down. Service is great overall, but a lot of staff appears to be in training - we’d get mysterious glasses set on the table, then removed, then put back and finally to be removed again by another person. lol. It was a bit comedic. Price is high but it is comparable to similar restaurants around town. At least I felt like I got quality food for the money.

    This was such a lovely, delicious meal and experience. Every bite was perfect. We were celebrating an anniversary and the little touches of service were the icing on top.

    The food and service are fabulous. It is too noisy to carry on a conversation without screaming. I can't go back again. It is unconscionable to pay that kind of money and not be able to carry on a conversation.

    Unforgettable Dining Experience at Bresca: A Culinary Journey of East Meets West Words can't fully express how much I enjoyed dining at Bresca. From the moment you walk in, you're enveloped in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels both like a cozy neighborhood bistro and a place of refined elegance. The decor, with its green moss walls and charming goldfish decorations, is fun, creative, bright, and relaxing. The service was exceptional. Our sommelier was knowledgeable and helpful, recommending a Reserva Rioja that paired perfectly with our dry-aged duck and wagyu beef. Our server, Matt, provided impeccable service. Despite our group of eight, all plates were cleared at once, and all dishes were served simultaneously. When one guest went to the bathroom, Matt held the plates to keep them warm and served them upon their return. What I loved most was Chef Ryan Ratino’s creativity in transforming humble dishes by combining the best of Eastern and Western culinary traditions to elevate classic French cuisine. My favorite dish of the night was the Potato Pierogi. The snap pea and ricotta filling was velvety, with the snap pea perfectly reflecting Chef Ryan’s passion for seasonal ingredients. The whole plate sang of summer. The Diver Scallop dish was another standout, with the crunch of hazelnuts and the umami brought out by Japanese ingredients such as kombu and shiso. If no one had been watching, I could have picked up the plate and licked every drop of the sauce—it was that good! At the end of the day, food brings people together. I dined here with a group of businessmen from Taiwan for the Select USA summit, and we were all thrilled with our choice. Everyone agreed it was one of the best meals they had ever had in the USA. Thank you, Chef Ryan, Manager Tobias Froehlich, and Matt, for making this an unforgettable experience. Bresca is truly a place where memories are made.

    Fantastic food and service! Noise level was a bit too high. It was hard to hear conversation from my dining companion.

    Overall food is delicious. However the hazelnut cream sauce really didn't work with the scallops. Also obscured the flavor of the scallops which were very sweet. Wine list is expensive. Nothing under $100 which is absurd.
