Great atmosphere with DJ and saxophonist playing. Amazing food, cocktails and shisha. Friendly staff. We were surprised with free shots of limoncello. Would definately come back

I didn’t eat but the food on other tables looked and smelled good. Shisha was very good and lasted long. Tables are abit too close to each other though.

Saturday night, group of 9 girls. We had shisha, cocktails, shots, & some food. The music was great when we arrived, matching what was advertised on their social media & TVs at the venue: UK rap, US hits, and UK hits. The vibes were amazing & the music was initially good. However, after a while, the music switched to Spanish tracks. While this genre is fine, it wasn’t what we had booked the venue for. My friend approached the waiter to ask about the music change or if we could make a request. We were informed that the DJ had left due to illness & the music couldn't be altered. Feeling disappointed, we asked for the bill & decided to leave. When we inquired what was wrong, the waiter called the owner over. Unfortunately, the owner's approach was extremely rude & disrespectful. He abruptly asked, “What do you want?” in a hostile manner, which was completely unnecessary. I expressed our frustration, explaining that we simply wanted to understand why the music had changed. His response was dismissive, asking, “What do you want then? I’ll put the music you want on.” By this point, the atmosphere had soured & it was too late to rectify the situation. While paying the bill, we encountered another issue: we were overcharged for shots we never ordered. My friend had ordered 8 shots. They brought out 10 & when she pointed out the 2 extra shots, the staff said they were on the house. However, the bill included charges for those 2 extra shots. Although the owner returned later to apologize for his behavior & attitude & offered us free shots (which we never received) his earlier hostile behavior had already ruined the evening. As we were preparing to leave, the owner said, "Leave then, I don’t need your money." This final remark was the breaking point for us. How disrespectful to say that to a paying customer on her birthday evening. Spending almost £600, I expect better service & kindness from the owner at least. Terrible customer service. I am truly disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience at Brera Lounge. My friends and I tried to get in, but Mariya at the entrance wouldn't let us. She said it was fully booked, even though we could see it was empty inside. We checked online and saw that there were many tables available. Annoyed, we went to a bar nearby. While we were there, we saw Mariya letting other people into Brera Lounge, which was very confusing and unfair. Mariya’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. She seemed uninterested in helping us and did not give a reasonable explanation for the inconsistency. It felt like she was purposely being difficult with us for no reason. Determined to see for ourselves, we decided to book a table online and went back. Once inside, we found the place almost empty, with only a few tables occupied. The atmosphere was dull and uninspiring. The music was too low to create any vibe, and the lighting was too dim. It felt like the staff didn't care about making the place inviting. To make matters worse, the service was slow, and the staff seemed indifferent. Our drinks took a long time to arrive, and when they did, they were poorly made. Overall, the whole experience was far below our expectations. Overall, our visit to Brera Lounge was very disappointing. The service was poor and the atmosphere was bad. Mariya’s attitude made the experience even worse. We won't be going back and suggest others avoid it too.

Great service and great atmosphere. The food and shisha was just as good as well. Very relaxing spot which we will be returning to. Thank you very much

horrible, they were rude, unjust and impolite, I booked days in advanced, i came with 11 of my friends, on time and was rejected at the door with a disgusting attitude, because their own website failed to explain or even have that they do not take under 18s at all even before 6pm even though we are all 17. I do not recommend, do not waste your time.

Service was very slow, we had to ask for a waiter to follow up at every stage of our evening multiple times. The food and cocktails were average, pizza was better than the pasta though. The ambiance was great when the promised DJ was playing but he kept taking regular breaks which led to them defaulting to a playlist which was not the promised type of music on the schedule for the day of the week. The Shisha also was not good enough for the price and we had to rehead much sooner than I usually do at other venues, the flavour was incredibly mild. Bathroom facilities are also very small/not the cleanest and are located in an unheated area of the venue, on a cold evening this is not ideal. Unfortunately, I would not visit this venue again. I have added some stars as the location was easy to access and the vibe was good when the DJ played.
