   Allow two to three hours for dinner. We had reservations and they seated us on time. Took 30 to 45 minutes for salads and appetizers. Entrees took over 90 minutes That was two hours after we were originally seated. The only thing the waitress said several times was they had way more walk ins than expected. They made absolutely no concessions or apologies. Very disappointing evening when we had made reservations days in advance.

   We have eaten at the Brentwood several times and were quite disappointed with our last visit. It seems as if things have gone down hill. I specified on our reservation that it was our 45th Wedding Anniversary and to my dismay, were seated at a table upstairs across from the bar....not very romantic. We noticed a table away from the bar and asked if we could sit there and the hostess did accommodate our request. The server was very pleasant. When the scallop appetizer arrived at the table, the scallops were burned. We did send it back and the scallops came back better prepared although the garnish was almost absent. I ordered the sea bass which was very good. My husband ordered the lamb which was very fatty and not the chops that he expected. They were served like a filet, quite surprising. Both the scallops and lamb had a hint of curry which was not mentioned on the menu, and we are both not a fan of curry. The restaurant was not very busy, yet we waited a long time for our entrees. Also, the music playing in the background which was 60's rock and roll music was not appropriate for this type of restaurant. The Brentwood has a reputation of a higher class restaurant and if things don't change, it will loose that reputation. The Brentwood could use a bit of a renovation. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

   This was a place we have been wanting to try for quite some time. We are glad we did. It’s a beautiful old home and cozy. Our server Toni was great and attentive. The food was good with generous portions. There was no background music due to there system being down. We did miss that a little. We will probably book the ghost tour as that sounds like fun.

   Excellent meal, atmosphere and service! I will return and would highly recommend this restaurant to others. Especially for special occasions.

   This was our first time visiting Brentwood Restaurant & Wine Bistro and it was a great experience! Everything was great from the hostesses, our waitress, menu selections, food was excellent, best steaks we've ever had. House salad and dressing was also superb. Hands down a great place for a special occasion dinner, will definitely be going back here.

   Food was excellent. Their branded Chardonnay was very good. Desert was a little slow in coming.

    We hadn't been to The Brentwood since Eric and Kim sold it. It was an outstanding menu and the food was also! My filet was cooked perfectly and paired with asparagus and truffle potatoes, My husband had the seafood medley and enjoyed every bite. Very happy to say, "We will be back!"
