We had not been since it changed ownership and were pleased to see food quality has been maintained. We were disappointed with the wine list. Ordered a 2014 Rioja only to be served a 2015. And when we ordered a second bottle, they had none left. Very few affordable wines. the list leans to the pricier side.

Everything was great, except we were in a small room upstairs and had to bear with a loud, obnoxious patron that upset the room. She was abusive to the server, (who was great) as well. Otherwise fantastic meal and service, will return.

They did not fix my meal per what the menu stated. Stated peas, no peas, stated fingerling potatoes, slices potatoes. Terrible food.

Aside from a very unhappy crying baby that basically cried during our entire dinner, we always enjoy coming here on our yearly visit.

Our favorite restaurant in the entire Myrtle Beach area. She Crab soup is fantastic. French Onion soup is the best I’ve ever had. The Beef Wellington and Scallop risotto were amazing. Even better than the food was the service. This has become our go to restaurant whenever we are in the area.

Waited hour and a half for apps that apparently got spilled in the dumb waiter. They continued to serve other guests instead of fixing our order next. Servers were excellent. Food was good. The steak bites with the fingerling and blue cheese were so salty they were inedible. Our table of four was treated very nicely with two splits of champagne for a 50th anniversary. The waiting for the apps got very long. Servers did bring bread. We felt a small compensation could have been made on the bill. Manager did stop by he table to explain the problem. We would go back but not order steak bites.

I think this was our third visit to Brentwood. It was excellent and the staff were so fun and accommodating. Did a whole photo shoot downstairs. Cocktails were excellent.

We celebrated our 17th Wedding Anniversary last evening at "The Brentwood " the atmosphere, the wine selection along with the most delectable menu are the reasons we will be returning. We highly recommend this restaurant you will not be disappointed. Hopefully our server Ms. Jessy will see this post and know how much we appreciated her kind service.
