Service was wonderful from the gentleman at valet to the hostess to the wait staff. I arrived an hour early for my reservation but was seated right away with a lovely view. Food was excellent, everyone on top of it! Polite, friendly.. they all deserve a raise! You should come here!

We had an amazing time returning to Brenner’s! Came for my hubby’s birthday. Everything was great. There was a pretty loud party next to our table that we wished weren’t next to us but overall we still enjoyed our evening and we will be back!

We love the food and the location! Our steaks were cooked perfectly. There are so many stairs to get to your table, and there are no physical accommodations for a physically handicapped person. I will say that the management and the wait staff did all they could to accommodate our limitations. The restaurant is so darkly lit that it is difficult for a person with limited sight and physical limitations to navigate safely. This restaurant should have an elevator. A person in a wheelchair would not be able to eat at this restaurant. Also the pathways around the restaurant were too uneven to navigate safely.

Is a very nice place to go celebrate an anniversary me and my husband loved it but the food we got wasn’t that great but the drinks were amazing, manager offered us a free appetizer for the wait to be seated very good costumer service.

Always love going to Brenners on the Bayou; unfortunate that they do not adhere to a business casual dress code. Sitting next to a couple that wore fishnet stockings with tiny black cut jeans and a tube top while he wore baggy shorts and a t-shirt (both dressed 80’s rock style) was disturbing.

Aside from the prices. which we found to a tad excessive, all else was quite nice!

Another great dinner and experience at Brenner’s that keeps us coking back. Rashard, our waiter, was made excellent recommendations and we chose some different menu options that were great! Having the management team by and asked about our experience with cafe and concern was the cherry on top of a great meal!
