During the masterclass, you’ll enjoy a house cocktail on arrival followed by learning how to master a classic cocktail then a bespoke cocktail of your own - delicious results assured, no matter the spirit, style or taste preferences! On the way, you’ll pick up a bit of cocktail history and develop your knowledge of the fascinating world of spirits. It’s all complimented with a fabulous platter of snacks to share. Great to see old Haugen open again. Decor and ambience as before so good news. Menu very diverse with no real direction. Food fine but far from exceptional, expected more for the Ramsay brand.

2 meals arrived which were cold and undercooked. Restaurant replaced the meals with no issue but arrived after everyone else had finished. Not what we would expect from this chain

Had high hopes for this, given it was plugged for a Sunday lunch. The food was average but the portions were good, the beef was well done and roast potatoes were a little anaemic! The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the service was really good, as our waiter couldn’t do enough for us. I’d go back, but not for the Sunday lunch!

Very franchise like and nothing like a head chef restaurant. Food like a low grade pub. Ambience worse. Tacky loud music, Some dinner seats on uncomfortable bar stools. We asked to be moved to another table which was not used the entire time we were there (a many other more comfortable places available). But we were refused for no apparent good reason. Service all over the place e.g. different staff asking for our first drinks order again and again; they marked us as a 'no show' on OpenTable despite us arriving slightly earlier and so I had to prove we were there. Yet no OpenTable points given. Shoddy and overpriced e.g. £22 for fish and chips that's not as nice as a local builders' cafe. Avoid.

Staff were attentive and friendly without being too obtrusive. Food was amazing, great value!

The food was tasty & service excellent. Just one thing, some of our party were facing the window, so the sunlight was very glaring. We noticed other tables had the same problem. Investing in some blinds might make the experience better.
