Went to ABBA Voyage, ate here 1st. Fast service, very attentive. Had 2 chicken wings, calamari and Caesar salad. Lovely food, the tamarind wings were outstanding. Manager was really accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Way overpriced for the quality. And i am now going in circles trying to get 100 paltry points applied to my account with my account at Open Table. This has almost no monetary value and is a complete waste of time. Save your evergy. Don't eat at Bread Street amd don't waste your time chasing loyalty pounts. In all - e, great venue, but the test falls apart Ramsay clearly outsourced this and did not ensure staff is trained. He shouid be ashamed to attach his name ro this endeavour. Go ro your local pub instead. You'll pay half the money withoit rhe unnecessary pretention. Nor will you walk away feeling ripped off. Trying to get the imaterial 100 points feom Open Talbe isn't worth it either. Just give up and don't bother bookikg Breed Steee or Open Table agai.

Two of us attended BSK for lunch. The lunch menu is quite limited, but the portion sizes were, for me, huge. I tried the fish and chips. The fish was well cooked, and the batter was crisp and tasty - more like a tempura batter. However, the fish was large. I managed to finish it, but I had to leave the chips. We enjoyed an outdoor table on a mild, sunny Thursday. Service was efficient, if somewhat surly. This restaurant opened very recently, so maybe it will mature with age....

Awful floor service from start to end. Maitre d was aloof and unwelcoming, our initial waiter asked about drinks then disappeared for ten minutes as we sat with nothing but a menu, then a waitress appeared and seemed spaced out and kept repeating herself and asking if we ordered drinks 5 minutes after taking our drinks order and did the same again after taking our starters order and kept asking what we wanted for mains. Served wine in a bog standard glass you would expect in a Wetherspoons. Dreadful service plus I stated on booking it was a special birthday yet received no acknowledgement. The place was about 25% full so god only knows what it would be like if it was busy. Definitely will not be returning or recommending. The food was ok to good but the service and overall experience was atrocious.

Exceptional food made even more exceptional by our server, Firat. We were celebrating the birthday of my partner and he was both friendly and attentive, making sure my partner and our 1 year old were thoroughly looked after. All in all, a great evening!

It took ages to order drinks and receive them (although we saw them sitting at the bar for ages). The atmosphere was tense because of the frustrated diners around us and awkward as they really were giving the server a hard time which was unpleasant to watch. It was obvious that the server in our area was struggling, perhaps because the restaurant is new. Several of the diners were quite vocal about the service before another very competent server took his place. I will try again after a few months and hope everyone has settled in. Also, 8 years cut off for children’s menu is ridiculous. My 10 year old is fussy so many of the adult menu options were unsuitable

Very disappointing. Average food and extremely poor service. Sent steak pie and mash back as it was stone cold, got it back 10-15 mins later and very little steak in the pie. Fridge cold chicken on the Caesar salad also, a dish hard to get wrong. Sat with empty plates on the table for almost 30 minutes before being cleared away, not asked if we wanted a second drink despite glasses being empty before main courses even arrived. Waited another 20 minutes for a cold brownie and ice cream. Then they had the audacity to leave the 12.5% service charge on my bill which I had to request to be removed. No offer of a complimentary drink or dessert or even an apology when I complained about the appalling service. A service charge should only be applicable for good service and we certainly did not get that! Disappointed and annoyed. I have eaten in several Gordon Ramsay restaurants around the world and will certainly not be returning to this one. Shocking service. If you’re reading this review, try somewhere else instead!
