Terrible service. Cold food. Everything on the menu sold out (at 18:30). Waited an hour for our mains - told by the restaurant that 'they just had one chef, who was disorganised' and that 'everyone was having the same problem'??? OK wow. Worst meal I've had in London ... ever!

The food was great, good choices and very tasty, the view was outstanding. Kids go free, which is brilliant. However, when it came to the bill, the kids' meals had been added by mistake. I had to ask to remove them, which they did but then the service charge (15%) was still from the previous bill that included the kids' meals and they said they couldn't undo that.

I love this place. We visited 4 times in the 10 days we stayed nearby. What a gem!!

What a wonderful experience for my first time. I arrived early and was taken to a great seat in the Conservatory with great views of the Thames and it also helped that is was a lovely sunny day. The staff were excellent, all the girls who attended to my food were super nice and then there was the Sunday Roast and dessert. The Roast was just delicious as was the dessert. When I was leaving I told the staff that the next time I am in London I will be back. I'm about to do a booking for the beginning of September. Highly recommend

Reservation for 6:30 and pre-ordered the Beef Wellington experience. They apparently gave my experience away to a walk-in customer thinking it was me. I guess they never checked the name??? Water glasses had water spots, the women’s toilet had no toilet paper in 2 out of 3 stalls (so I was told) and they asked you in comments it it was a special occasion, which I said yes it was a birthday dinner. I can only assume they celebrated the walk-in’s birthday as they never mentioned it at out table. The bright spot - the only one was the GM was very nice. Have eaten here for years (since it was the Narrow) but very disappointed and not sure I will return.

Sadly the curry portions are very small but delicious. The menu does not offer as many options as in Heddon Street Kitchen. Drinks are expensive and no local beer which is a shame when you know how many local ipa / ale / lager are available in London! The deserts are average. Having said that the service has much improved and quite chilled ambiance. The view is stunning. Will return but they need to offer more options on the menu and offer bigger portions for the curry!

Great food (best hot dog ever!) stunning view but we waited 1:30 to be served … The waiters and managers did their best and offered us a fizzy drink so at the end all went good. We will definitely return to test the a la carte menu but we hope they will fix the lack of staff.

Love the vibe of this place but the food is overpriced and the portions are often on the small side - as if it was haute cuisine, but the curry isn’t that far off a wetherspoon’s version so I don’t want a “pub curry” for £20+ which leaves you a bit hungry. Should include sides and accompaniments for that price, and be a bit tastier.

Had an absolute amazing time here with the my friend. Hence the place was busy the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the only manager that day. Marci checked on us several times ensuring the food is good (which was delicious - well done kitchen), we get our drinks in time and we have a great experience. Recommend this place and surely will be back!
