The food was excellent, Each item was perfectly prepared, seasoned and served at the correct temperature. Creative dining at its best! We were happily surprised with complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate our anniversary!

My wife and I were celebrating our 35th anniversary and we were so pleased with Brazen. Everything, and I mean everything, was top notch. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Mount Royal and had our breakfasts at Brazen. They were exceptional. However, our dining in the evening was disappointing. The servers did their best, but the food was poor. We had to return the ribs as they were (under)cooked some time ago and not even properly re-heated. The tuna was lukewarm on the outside and cold in the inside, meatballs had an excessive amount of bread crumbs in them, vegetable salad wasn't impressive either. My mother, who is a professional chef, left a feedback, I hope they listen. We had a feeling that the kitchen stuff did not care that much,or, possibly overwhelmed by the constant flow of tourists and a busy holiday season allowed them to cut the corners. The main ingredient-"love" was missing on the dinner table.

Ordered the Greek pork ribs and the bison - enjoyed the bison much better as it had a really great flavor. The ribs were just ok, wouldn’t order them again. Service was outstanding. The ginger beef appeared to be a very popular dish.
