    Had 2.5 hours for reservations for 4 which is more than most restaurants. Did not feel rushed at all, but the pacing of the food coming out was extremely slow. Server was attentive and ambience was great. Some hit and miss on some dishes (an example would be the choice of pasta for the bolognese dish was not the best choice of pasta.)

    Presentation was excellent. I think the micro taste is probably just not my style. I enjoyed the clams which were simpler and flavourful on their own without competing or complementing tastes. Enjoyment tempered by my own preferences.

    A must try! Bravo was everything I hoped it would be. We were seated right away for our reservation. The waitstaff were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. We ordered the olives, sourdough, big salad, shishito peppers, seared scallops and vegan chocolate mousse. Everything was fantastic, but the scallops were 10/10. Cooked to perfection, the flavours were all so complimentary and they melted in your mouth. It’s a cozy spot with a trendy, moody vibe. We will definitely be back.

    One of the best meals my husband and I have ever had! The food was incredible. Everything was so well executed and there were some unique flavor combinations. Cocktails were delicious. The atmosphere was lively and the service was very good. Would go back in a heartbeat.

    The service was great - truly no notes there. The waitstaff were all very attentive and one of the chefs came and explained the special of the night. We each got one cocktail and they were fine. However, we were not big fans of any of the dishes we tried. The octopus was my partner’s favourite (or perhaps least disliked), though I found it lacked any depth of flavour. It was like a copy of the octopus dish they serve at Suyo but smaller and blander. The seared scallops were cooked well but were definitely over salted (there were these random pockets of salt) and the sauce was veeery sweet and coconut-y. I wish the daikons were pickled to try and balance the flavours more. I was very excited to try the king salmon after reading reviews online, but it was almost laughable. 6 pieces of sashimi in a plate of tamari for $29??? I’m fine with paying that price for a unique culinary experience but this is just salmon in a soy-based sauce. The apples and ginger added next to nothing and it had an off-texture and taste - I assume from the aging. The burrata wasn’t anything to write home about but it’s hard to mess up cheese and bread. We also tried the mango ceviche special and I bit into a bone/scale on my second bite which was unpleasant. They torched this poor mango slice until it was black and I think it just masked the freshness of the fish. Overall, the menu just felt uninspired and didn’t have any interesting or complimentary flavours that I would want to try again. It was also pretty dark and quite loud but nothing that I didn’t expect for a small space with an open kitchen. Maybe we just went on an off-night since it was Thursday, but it was still quite busy. I don’t normally leave reviews like this but I had high expectations for Bravo and left mostly disappointed.

    Bar Bravo delivered above expectations. Having several industry people recommend it to me and seeing them get a Michelin guide nod, I definitely went in with high expectations. Outstanding dinner, attentive service, great ambiance. Well done, thank you!

    Food was reasonable but money for value was low. Almost $30 for burrata. Another $30 for 5 small pieces of salmon. My main complaint was the noise level. Exceptionally loud and the place had a very echo-y feel so it was challenging to talk and hear. The server was pleasant.
