Our inaugural event series launches in Vancouver on September 23 and 24. Indáy's first four chefs were thoughtfully chosen by award-winning cookbook author and Canadian Culinary Championship judge Joie Alvaro Kent. BC: Alden Ong+ Ralph Cravalho Alberta: Rupert Garcia+ JP Dublado $145 per person: Spirited or zero-proof Welcome Drink Seven-course modern Filipino tasting menu Treats by Subo Bakes and Kasama Chocolate Gratuity + tax Alcoholic and zero-proof beverage pairings will be available for purchase at the event. Wonderful dining experience. Appreciated all the detail that went into the dishes. Staff was very attentive. Overall 10/10!

Exceeds all expectations for both food and service. Food was prepared with true care and highlights all palates. Drinks were imaginative and a true treat. Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again soon.

Bravo, one of the best dining experiences in Vancouver. Small intimate room, great service, and the food, the food was creatively put together, every dish was executed beautifully. We tried almost every item on the menu.

Bravo has become my favourite restaurant! It’s not just going out for dinner. It’s a dining experience! From the food to the service it’s all at another level. Absolutely excellent!

Even though the food was delicious the portion sizes for the money were very small. This was surprising because the server said that it was to be a family style dining experience. There were 4 of us and we each got one bite of food from each dish. I recommend ordering your own entree along with the appetizers.
