Bravo Italian Kitchen Tonight we went to Bravos’ Louisville location to enjoy their Fall Speciality Pasta Meal. It was a choice of 2 Salads, 2 Pasta Entrees from $16.99, $19.99 or $22.99 and 2 desserts, Creme Brûlée and Canaloni. We both ordered a Caesar Salad and Pasta Woozie, it’s Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Spinach. April was our server tonight and we’ve known her for about 2 years. She’s fun & makes you really feel at home. A lot of our favorite managers and servers were there working last night. Hannah, their precious manager was working. It’s always so wonderful to see her. She always goes over and above what is expected of her. Then Jessica came by to check on us since she was working in another area of the restaurant. She gives such great service. April was very quick to get us our Iced Tea and Bread. She came back by and brought us our Caesar Salads, which were quite large and very fresh. While we were finishing them, our Pasta Woozie came and Hannah covered them with grated Parmesan Cheese for us, and 2 ramakins of extra Fettuccine Alfredo Sauce, if we needed it. The pasta was so good! We knew to only eat a portion of the pasta, because the Fall Speciality Pasta Meal comes with a dessert. We were really full so April brought us carry out boxes and transferred our food for us! I love it when the servers do that for me. She also suggested we might want to take the desserts home and eat them later. It was a great idea! She brought us our desserts and a bag and cups to take all of our goodies home. We had such a great time, we had great food and great servers!! It was a very busy night for the restaurant and there were about 4 large parties there. It sure kept the servers, chiefs and managers really busy. We were very pleased with the 5 star service we received. We really recommend Bravo’s. It was a great value! Robyn

8/23/24 We had received an email from Bravos telling us that the Summer Specials would be ending soon and was giving us an e-gift of $20 off $50. We made our reservation and headed on over to Bravos! Italian Kitchen at 206 Bullitt Ln. Our server tonight was Jessica, making this about our 5th visit together. She knows us pretty well by now, so I told her I wanted to try one of the Summer Special entrees, and she explained to me what the Rigatoni Pesto was. It was Rigatoni tossed with grilled chicken, asparagus, cream sauce, pesto, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. She thought I would like it. My husband decided to have his favorite entree at Bravo, Spaghetti Bolognese. So we gave her our orders and started eating some of our bread. Our meals were out in a very short time, steam flying from them. I really did like the Rigatoni Pesto and of course, my husband loved his Spaghetti Bolognese. I had enough left of my very large portion for our lunches tomorrow. We chatted with the Manager/Chef about what’s coming to Bravo in the fall. They are also going to be expanding their catering services. Then Hannah their other Manager came by the table to show us her new baby’s picture. Since it was my husband’s birthday, they brought him out a bowl of vanilla bean gelato with a lit candle. They even took a picture of Jessica setting the bowl down in front of him for the marketing department. It was the perfect ending to a perfect night.

We had a party of 6 women for a birthday dinner. They sat us at a round table, as I asked for on our reservation…(thank you!). We had a relatively new server, still learning, super sweet. There were periodic lags at times. One was when she went to fill our drink order and the bartender was away, which left it in inexperienced hands; that delay consequently delayed her taking our food order (everyone was hungry). We’d been there 30-45 minutes. Unbeknownst to me, my drink was incorrectly made, the bartender spotted it on the table and quickly brought another to replace it (thank you!). 3 ordered the salmon (wow what a beautiful dish and by their accounts, delicious), 1 Chicken Scaloppine (thumbs up), 1 Shrimp Fra Diavolo (good flavor, filling) and 1 Filet Mignon med-rare (unfortunately, it was well overcooked) and our server didn’t return for half the meal. I finally flagged her over, she promptly apologized, offered to bring a new one, or credit her meal. Since everyone else was nearly finished she took the credit. The server boxed up any leftovers and brought out a complimentary gelato for the bday girl. Another ordered the Crème Brûlée (excellent) and another the Warm Chocolate Cake (Oh my word!), we shared all three. I need to point out the restaurant had a bus load of 85 well-mannered, pre-college kids and escorts file into their reserved area to eat, just after we ordered, so it was a busy night for cooks & servers. Overall, we had a good time, and except for one meal, great food and drinks. I will return to eat again.

06/27/2024, Louisville, KY @7:45 pm We visited Bravo Italian Kitchen on 206 Bullitt Ln. for dinner. For anyone who has been following us knows that we go about once a month to Bravo’s because we love eating here and because they send us a monthly e-coupon because we are Bravo e-club members. We made reservations with open table from Bravo’s website and when we arrived at Bravo’s the hostess “V”greeted us. We had met her on our last visit. She let us pick our own table. We love that, we have our own special table that we like. It’s right up by where they cook the food. We had Rebekah for our server tonight and she had been our server the last time we were here, too. She was right there at our table as soon as we were seated. I was so proud of myself that I remembered her name and that she also remembered us. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan on top of fettuccine and my husband ordered his all time favorite- Spaghetti and Meatballs! I’ve said this before, but it bears repeating, I love the white crispy linens on the table. They just look so elegant! Rebekah came to the table with our food. My Chicken Parm was exactly the way I like it and the Spaghetti and Meatballs were huge! Reed the Manager chatted with us for a bit about reviews and that he appreciated our business. Our food was so delicious and very filling! Rebecca checked on us many times while we were eating and she even boxed up my leftovers and subtracted the $20.00 off our bill! Our total was less than $32.00! I’m telling you, my friends, go to Bravo Italian Kitchen’s website and sign up to be in their Bravo’s e-Club. You’ll love Bravo’s food!
