06/27/2024, Louisville, KY @7:45 pm We visited Bravo Italian Kitchen on 206 Bullitt Ln. for dinner. For anyone who has been following us knows that we go about once a month to Bravo’s because we love eating here and because they send us a monthly e-coupon because we are Bravo e-club members. We made reservations with open table from Bravo’s website and when we arrived at Bravo’s the hostess “V”greeted us. We had met her on our last visit. She let us pick our own table. We love that, we have our own special table that we like. It’s right up by where they cook the food. We had Rebekah for our server tonight and she had been our server the last time we were here, too. She was right there at our table as soon as we were seated. I was so proud of myself that I remembered her name and that she also remembered us. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan on top of fettuccine and my husband ordered his all time favorite- Spaghetti and Meatballs! I’ve said this before, but it bears repeating, I love the white crispy linens on the table. They just look so elegant! Rebekah came to the table with our food. My Chicken Parm was exactly the way I like it and the Spaghetti and Meatballs were huge! Reed the Manager chatted with us for a bit about reviews and that he appreciated our business. Our food was so delicious and very filling! Rebecca checked on us many times while we were eating and she even boxed up my leftovers and subtracted the $20.00 off our bill! Our total was less than $32.00! I’m telling you, my friends, go to Bravo Italian Kitchen’s website and sign up to be in their Bravo’s e-Club. You’ll love Bravo’s food!

Usually a good experience there but it took approximately 1 hour to receive our food for a party of seven. One salmon had to be sent back twice because it was undercooked. Requested olive oil for bread and was surprised to be given canola oil.

The food is honestly not as good as it used to be, but the service is still wonderful! We sat at a corner table, and it was a bit dingy, there were little knats flying around which was kind of a turn off.

We ran 15 minutes late so our table( a booth that I requested when I made the reservation) was given away right before we arrived so that was very disappointing as I have a handicapped mother in law that the booths are more comfortable for her. Service was awesome! Allie was great! Food was good and hot. Noise level was high as we sat right next to the food window of the kitchen.

We had an excellent time as we were there to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation with out of town guest. I eat here often with my family so the food and price has always been excellent. The thing that stood out the most about this visit was the young man who was serving our large group and was able to, accommodate everyone without a pause in his performance.

I've been a patron of this restaurant for well over a decade.. Last night a date and I ordered pasta dishes and requested to substitute proteins. The check came out and I was astonished to find that not only did I pay for the protein that was on the menu but had to pay an extra 9 dollars for an additional protein. When I asked about it the manager informed me that they don't have a way to substitute proteins on the menu so you my pay as an added protein. So I paid almost $20 extra because we elected to have grilled chicken and shrimp as out protein versus what was on the menu. It is even worse because I paid for chicken I didn't get to have to pay an additional 9 dollars for another order of chicken. It's absurd.
