    I had the Spaghetti and Meatbslls since I had a 50% off for meatball day. I also had a salad. I had enough Spaghetti and meatballs left for another meal.

    The kitchen lost our order (party of 4). Our waiter never bothered to check to see why other tables he had around us (who were seated & ordered well after we ordered) were getting served before us. Some even finished while we were still waiting for our dinners. After having to ask what was taking so long, he went to the kitchen to find out they did not have our order. No apologies from the waiter or manager. 2.5 hours was a ridiculous amount of time for 4 simple pasta dinners.

    I had the Lobster Bisque, Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Basil salad with a Balsamic reduction and the Veal Parmesan. Everything was good.

    The restaurant was packed and a line waiting to be seated. We waited less than 15 minutes to be seated by having a reservation. The food was great as was the service. Ambiance was fine with the only negative in our visit was table location. It was cold outside and our table was directly in line with the curbside pickup door which opened frequently allowing a rush of cold air. We will visit Bravo again and we continue to enjoy the cuisine and service.

    Terrible service. We had a waitress that also bartended. She was awful. Had to ask for everything at least twice. Will never come back. Phillip & Judy Gore

    Food was good, service was choppy. Our waiter had 1 table (us) and was chatting for quite awhile while our salads sat and waited. Then after he dropped off our meals, he took right off and didn't offer cheese. My wife had to go find someone to come by because the waiter was nowhere to be found.

    Restaurant on Saturday night was overwhelmed. Our waiter had at least 3-4 tables of more than 7 people and he was struggling. There was no help for him to bring out food. Kitchen must have been backed up as it took inordinate amount of time for our food to arrive although it was hot when served. It was obvious they got slammed in the early dinner hour and were working hard to catch up.

    We had a group of 8. Our waitress was attentive until she got busy. Food came out fast. However, the food wasn’t well prepared. Several of us had past Bravo and the chicken was tough. The potatoes with the chicken Marsala were cold.
