    The food and ambiance was great. The service lacked attention. Made reservation for 12 and the table was short 3 chairs upon arrival. We had to wait on those. It was not solely the waiters fault. She was bouncing between alot of tables and the bar also. It was hard for her to stop by our table for drink refills or just check in since she was running around non stop.

    Bravo was very busy but Debbie did a great job! Food was good as always. Very enjoyable evening.

    They seemed very short staffed so it took a while to get our food, but everything else was wonderful.

    My confirmed reservation was not accepted and had no option but to sit on bar table. Not the service I expected. The lady servicing me was very rude. Her attitude was not of service industry.

    Made reservations for christmas night a few hours before. Upon arrival it didn’t seem that busy, and we showed up at 6 pm for our 6:15 pm reservation for 2. The host was writing down names once he got up to the host stand around 6:10. People started filing in behind us all with reservations and continued waiting. We were finally seated at a table around 6:20 after he had bussed a few booths. He was using an airpod and told the group before us where to go, instead of guiding them. Waiting for drinks, I got a good berry lemonade and he orders a cosmo. Expecting a liquor forward drink, he received a mostly lime juice, small martini. We send it back after two trial sips and order an old fashioned. The server of all people makes the watered down old fashioned and we just comply with the fact that the drink will be made by the server not the bartender. The kitchen is an open layout and Chef/GM was running food. A lot of food seemed to be dying in the window (waiting to be sent to the table) and our strip steak and lobster/shrimp pasta took around 25-30 minutes. The food was amazing, beautiful medium temp, seafood was cooked well. Only issue was our server. I understand it’s Christmas but to be honest it didn’t seem as busy as it could be for one of the only restaurants to be open on Christmas night. Chef was doing everything for a lot of people including making drinks, just keeping the flow going. So props to him for doing a great job. By the time we got the bill, the cosmo that was taken off the table was still on the bill. Let our server know, it just takes her around 10-15 minutes to come back each time we asked for something. Like my drink being empty for around 10 minutes and ordering a water and waiting another 10 minutes for her to run around very flustered and speaking with multiple different employees before coming back with the water. Wish we could have enjoyed possibly an easier night for our first time there but overall it was an Okay experience.

    Should have listened to the yelp reviews. Steer clear of this place. Food is sub par and service is just non existent
