Not the best experience... We no longer have a Bravo in my city, so I was excited to visit this one. I love the Della Casa salad, which I ordered but never got. That kind ruined the experience for me. The Fra Diavolo was just as good as I remembered. The server Kaylee was also very sweet.

Always the best food brought 2 friends who have not eaten at Bravo they both had Lasagna both said the best they have ever had.

Worst experience ever at Bravo! Dining room smelled of stale cooking oil...like an old restaurant that is not cleaned well. Excessive wait time for food. Food terrible!! Chefs obviously didn't know how to prepare eggs Benedict...shouldn't have it on the menu for breakfast. Waiter was nice young person but all the other young workers were so unprofessional looking with hoodies and tennis shoes! You'd never think they were employed there based on appearance! Sad younger people never learning about the importance of professional appearance being important. Management should be ashamed to not implement dress appropriate policies! Bravo just lost customers! Even the table over didn't eat their food and expressed the same sentiment!!

Overall, the restaurant has aged, and needs some TLC. We noticed a booth seat that was ripped. Our waitress was really slow, but we had a cocktail before dinner and the bartending staff was very pleasant. The bartender advised us to use the family restroom instead of the women’s since they were having sewer issues. It doesn’t look like a restaurant that is trying their best to stay open.

Not good service, not good food . Been waiting to try for awhile just to be disappointed since the moment of walking in and things just got worse never again . Will not recommend not worth my 2 hr drive should have at allsups chimi

Gone way down hill. It is absolutely no longer worth the money at this restaurant. The calamari was dry. All of the pasta was cold and dry. The fettuccine Alfredo was very disappointing. The eggplant Parmesan was barely passable. It was like everything we had had been under a heat lamp or just sitting in the kitchen for several minutes even though it was served quickly. I don’t know what’s going on there but it’s really unfortunate. I do not recommend going there for any reason.

The eggplant was was extremely thin, lacked a decent serving of marinara and mozzarella cheese. Our waitress was not as attentive to our food and needs. The manager had to provide table ware and plates and we had to ask a couple of times for a serving of bread. The appetizer took too long to be served as it came just before our main entree’s

It is Christmas Day. I had reservations ahead of time for 3 people. We were seated in front of kitchen and asked to be moved. We were treated great and moved to different table. Our soup and dinner were served together which i did not like. Food was delicious. Our original server left with out a word and another server replaced her and apologized for the change. All in all dinner was enjoyed and we ordered dessert to go.

We had nowhere to go on Christmas. This was surprisingly good. They were on it. Food, service, ambiance, crowd—all was pleasant. We enjoyed it. Accommodating.
