Should your plans change, please ensure you give us a notice of cancellation by the 29th of December at the latest to avoid losing your deposit.

This evening I had a few drinks in the bar with my husband however there were two men that were drunk and the bouncers were called and they were being refused drinks but they refused to leave. They kept leaning over us and asking for drinks and were sweating and speaking loud. The doorman and receptionist said that it was frowned upon for Selfridges to throw them out !! It kind of ruined it for us tonite

Service did not seem to be the same standard as previous visits. Food was also not what I remembered….

Food was amazing. Surroundings were lovely although it was loud and very busy. We were disappointed that we were rushed to order dessert with too short a time given after our main courses. Overall, very enjoyable.

Disappointing. Not easy to find the restaurant. We had to ask several people. I returned my luke warm poached eggs and my pot of coffee wasn’t as hot as I would have liked.

Took my girlfriend for her birthday we had a really good time. Food was amazing. Inside was very beautiful and relaxing and we came away from there with only positive thoughts

The food is always good as is the service, love this restaurant, there is often new staff that are being trained on the job, high standards are observed, never had a poor mean or experience
